It is famous for its oyster harvests! Rich in places and monuments to visit as well as its cultural heritage (basin, port, beach)

This 75 m² apartment will seduce you with this asset: ITS IDEAL LOCATION.
This apartment is an old typical Arcachon building divided into 4 and renovated.
It is located on the 2nd floor and has:
A large entrance hall with a work area.
A beautiful bathroom.
3 bedrooms (5 beds)
A kitchen open to living room dining room with a bar.
Everything you need is available: television, dining area, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker...
You have access to a large private wooded park of 1750 m² all around the accommodation.
Also by a private road, only 100 m away.... At the end on the right: the city center.
At the end on the left: the beach.
You can DO IT ALL ON FOOT!
And leave your vehicle on the free parking.
You are ideally located to enjoy the city and the must-sees of the Arcachon basin which is one of the most beautiful sites in France.
The Dune du Pilat will allow you to admire the colorful landscapes between the ocean on one side and the large Landes forest on the other!
The Banc d'Arguin, an expanse of sand in the middle of the basin (bird nesting place) is a natural jewel that keeps changing shape.
With its huts on stilts and oyster farms, the Bird Island (which you can admire from the window) is a site not to be missed.
Your day would not be complete without a visit to Cap Ferret or the port of Biganos... magical places.
Bed linen and towels are not provided.

You are close to buses, tourist train and boats.

The apartment was well situated, you just needed to walk through the back garden to get to the beach. It was also close to walk into the centre of Arcachon. The apartment was well equipped and the communal areas were spacious. There is a gorgeous view of the sea from the living area. The bedrooms were also of a good size. The owner was very helpful. We contacted her about a problem and she called to discuss it promptly. She also called before we travelled to discuss entry arrangements and to let us know we needed to bring bedding.
It would be helpful if the listing stated that guests need to bring bedding and that there is no WiFi.
I thought this was a lovely apartment to stay in both because of its situation and spaciousness. I would definitely book to stay there again
