The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming holiday home for rent in Arcachon during the winter season. It is situated less than a kilometre from the beach, features a swimming pool and Wi-Fi (fibre optic), has a floor area of 150 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Welcome to ‘La Vigie Ville d’Hiver’, perched on the heights of Arcachon’s Ville d’Hiver and offering panoramic views. Between relaxing by the pool and the lush greenery, the charm of this spot is well worth the effort: the steps you’ll need to climb will naturally help keep you fit.
It comprises a lovely 50 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms – one of which has a view of the pool – and three bathrooms (each with a shower and bath). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A bright 50 m² living area with a TV offering access only to the Molotov app via Chromecast
- A fully equipped kitchen
- Three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x200)
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- One bedroom with two single beds
- One bathroom with a bath
- Two shower rooms with a shower and toilet
- Two separate toilets

Outdoors:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) open from 1 May to 30 September
