About this house rental
New wooden house with terrace. Close to the CAP FERRET Market, in the center (50 meters). Beach Bassin at 150 meters, shops at 300 meters. Ocean beaches at 500 meters (surf). Access to cycle track 500 meters away. Lighthouse and oyster farming district of CAP FERRET at 500 meters. Patio, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Apartment on the back not rented (owner reserves the right to occupy it for changes of occupants).
Single storey house, but on an elevated level (7 steps). Disabled access difficult.
Living room / lounge opening onto the terrace (TV, DV player, WIFI), equipped American kitchen (LV, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, storage drawers, counter). Parquet on the ground, tiling in the water rooms. Cellar (TOP auxiliary fridge, LL, Tumble dryer, storage, vacuum cleaner, electric steam iron, ironing board, shelves).

Une superbe maison qui est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. On a été impressionné.
Hyper fonctionnelle, grande, un grand plafond dans le salon. 2 salles d'eau, il y a tout. Le devant, nickel, on s'installe, parfaitement caché avec la végétation, BBQ.
On a pu arriver à l'heure qu'on voulait, et également au retour, ce qui est très appréciable.
Superbe communication avec la propriétaire, très réactive et à l'écoute.
On va au grand marché à pied en 2 minutes, la plage de sable pareil. Un boulanger est à 50 metres.

Accueil très chaleureux par les propriétaires très sympathiques,
La maison est impeccable, très confortable, et très bien équipée.
Nous avions peur du bruit du marché, or la maison est très calme !
Bonne literie, beaucoup de rangement...
