The Poop is a beautiful wooden villa of 128 m², built in 2011 on a wooded and fenced 900 sqm, located in 44 hectares of Cap Ferret, 250m from the Mimbeau the beach by a sand road. It is scheduled for eight people and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
Villa suitable for holidays in one or two families.
On the ground floor :
-1 Large living / dining room (with fireplace) open kitchen;
-2 Bedrooms with 2 single beds in 90, sharing a bathroom and one toilet;
-1 Large bedroom with double bed 160 with shower room (including a WC);
First floor :
-1 Large bedroom with double bed in 160 overlooking the large balcony;
-1 Bathroom and toilet;
-1 Laundry.
On the outside, the house is bordered by a wooden terrace of 75 m² facing south and west equipped with a living room of wooden garden.
