About this house rental
** Ideal house for a getaway with friends or family. Sleeps 8.
** 4 bedrooms- plus 4 bathrooms and 3 toilets; all rooms feature window insect screens and storage closets.
- 1 Master suite (160cm bed) with en-suite bathroom and toilet
- 1 Double bedroom (160cm bed) with en-suite bathroom
- 1 Double bedroom (160cm bed)
- 1 Double bedroom (160cm bed)
** End-of-stay cleaning (€400) and household linens available for an additional fee.
** Spacious, light-filled living room opening onto the terrace.
** Highly functional Italian-style kitchen equipped with a large induction cooktop, fan-assisted oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a full range of small appliances.
** Dining room featuring a very large, extendable wooden table (seating 16) that opens onto a tree-filled inner courtyard.
** Heated swimming pool (3.5 x 7m; open from Easter to All Saints' Day) secured by an electric safety cover. Minimum temperature of 23°C (during the Easter and All Saints' periods). Sun loungers provided on the deck.
** 8-person sauna.
** Outdoor kitchen with sink, countertop, and plancha grill.

I also require confirmation that no parties will be held on the premises.
