About this house rental
Large house located in La Teste de Buch on the Arcachon Bay.
The house consists of:
On the garden level:
- a large living room (42 m²) opening onto the terrace and the pool
- a fully equipped kitchen: induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine
Upstairs:
- a bathroom
- 3 bedrooms: 2 have double beds and the 3rd has a bunk bed
- 1 master suite with a double bed, a shower room, and a walk-in closet.
All bedrooms open onto a balcony facing the pool.
Outside, you’ll find a large south-facing terrace shaded by an awning and a large pool (9x5m). The pool is heated by a new heat pump (installed in 2022).
There are no neighboring buildings visible from the terrace or the pool.
The property is fully fenced, and you can park your vehicle safely.
Please note that all the furniture and appliances are new (July 2021).
All interior walls were repainted in 2022.
Linens (sheets and bath towels) are provided.
The house is located near a bike path that allows you to safely reach the port of La Teste (5 min) and Arcachon (25 min). You can also explore La Hume Beach, located 2 km away.
You’ll find all the shops you need nearby (bakery, butcher, fishmonger, and produce market).

Un grand merci à Christophe, Sonia et François pour leur professionnalisme, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ! La maison est vraiment géniale, spacieuse, propre et idéalement située. La piscine est un véritable plus. Nous recommandons sincèrement cette location !

Maison bien placée (Port de la Teste à moins de 5 min à en voiture, Arcachon à moins de 10 min et Dune du Pilat à moi s de 20 min). Près des principales commodités, au calme. Propriétaire très disponible et très réactif.
