About this house rental
Located in Cap-Ferret, this recently renovated villa—featuring extensive wood cladding—is situated 150 meters from the magnificent Plage des Américains (on the Bay side) and 1 km from Plage de l'Horizon (on the Ocean side).
It is ideally located just 800 meters from the market (open every morning during the summer season) and local shops, and 200 meters from the Bélisaire ferry pier.
The villa offers four bedrooms: a master suite with a double bed, a guest room with a double bed, a third bedroom with a double bed, and a final bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms feature walk-in closets. There are two full bathrooms, one shower room, and two separate toilets.
The wood-clad living area opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine) and leads to a spacious wooden deck. The deck is furnished with a dining table, outdoor lounge seating, a charcoal BBQ, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand. A large Jacuzzi completes the outdoor space.
Renovated with high-quality materials and tasteful décor, this villa provides a warm, inviting setting for a family or group getaway at any time of year.
You must print and bring the property condition report and the house rules with you on the day of arrival.
**Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee: €200.00
**Bed linen service (Rental only – beds made prior to arrival): 1/ Double bed: €25.00/week – €35.00/2 weeks – €45.00/3 weeks 2/ Single bed: €23.00/week – €33.00/2 weeks – €43.00/3 weeks
**Towel set: €8/person

We have really enjoyed staying in Cyril's place; while we have visited Cap Ferret a few times over the years, it was the first time we stayed in this area, and the house was perfectly located close to Le Ferret shops and market as well as right next to the "Plage des Americains". The house was very clean and very practical to use with enough space for all the guests and the layout enabled us to have enough privacy, The outside terrace was also lovely and the hot tub was a nice plus - The host welcomes us wonderfully, had plenty of places he recommended to us for eating out and shopping and checked us on several times during the week to make sure everything was going well. We definitely will be back !
