House with large enclosed garden, on the edge of Eloux wood, near beaches

House of approximately 110 m2, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (walk-in showers), kitchen, living room and veranda. No joint ownership. In a quiet area, set back from the street, you can't hear any cars. Very sheltered, it is really rare that there is wind! South-facing terrace.

Washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, gas barbecue, garden furniture, coffee maker, toaster, iron.

Possibility to rent the linen (sheets and towels) by booking in advance.
A cleaning deposit is required on arrival (€ 90) and returned on the day of departure if you prefer to do it yourself.

Cars park in the garden.

The three bedrooms are provided with 3 beds of 140 (good bedding) and the house is therefore planned for 6 travelers maximum.

The beaches are 10 minutes away on foot, barely 5 by bike. You will have the choice between the large Guérinière beach, family-run, and the more wild one, Bois des Eloux. The beaches of Epine are also quickly accessible.
The village has a grocery store, press, bakery, doctor, pharmacist, hairdresser and podiatrist. A market is held on Thursday and Sunday morning.
