Discover this pleasant house of 114 m² located in La Guérinière, which can accommodate up to 7 people, ideal for family or friends holidays. Welcoming, fully equipped and carefully decorated, it offers a beautiful view of a tree-lined garden and is located just 200 m from the sea and close to amenities.
Outside, you will enjoy a lovely enclosed garden, perfect for letting children play in complete peace. A large 45 m² terrace, fitted with garden furniture and a barbecue, will allow you to share convivial meals and fully enjoy beautiful sunny days. From the living room, a bright conservatory with a table and lounge area offers a pleasant view of the terrace and garden, so you can also enjoy it during cooler days.
Inside, upon entering the house, you will discover a beautiful, warm living area comprising a lounge space with a sofa, an armchair, and a television, ideal for your moments of relaxation. The adjacent dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 7 people to share your meals in a friendly atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen, connected to the living area, is fully equipped: ceramic hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Senseo, toaster, kettle, and everything necessary to cook just like at home.
On the night side, the house has 3 comfortable bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (ground floor): a double bed (140x190), chest of drawers and wardrobe
Bedroom 2 (ground floor): a double bed (140x190), wardrobe
Bedroom 3 (upstairs): a double bed (140x190) with its private bathroom including a shower and a hairdryer
On the upstairs landing, a single bed (80x190) is also available for additional sleeping accommodation.
Two bathrooms with shower and toilet are at your disposal on the ground floor, and you will also find a separate toilet upstairs for added comfort.
Two parking spaces will be available outside just in front of the house.
To facilitate your stay, the accommodation is also equipped with a washing machine as well as an ironing board and an iron.
