Discover this pleasant house of 114 m² located in La Guérinière, able to accommodate up to 7 people, ideal for holidays with family or friends. Welcoming, fully equipped and carefully decorated, it offers a beautiful view of a tree-lined garden and is located just 200 m from the sea and close to amenities.
Outside, you will enjoy a lovely enclosed garden, perfect for letting children play in complete peace and quiet. A large terrace of 45 m², furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, will allow you to share convivial meals and fully enjoy beautiful sunny days. From the lounge, a bright conservatory with table and lounge area offers a pleasant view of the terrace and garden, so you can enjoy it during cooler days as well.
Inside, upon entering the house, you will discover a beautiful warm living room comprising a lounge area with a sofa, an armchair and a television, ideal for your moments of rest. The adjoining dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 7 people to share your meals in a convivial atmosphere. The American kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped: ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Senseo, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as at home.
On the sleeping side, the house has 3 comfortable bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (ground floor): a double bed (140x190), chest of drawers and wardrobe
Bedroom 2 (ground floor): a double bed (140x190), wardrobe
Bedroom 3 (upstairs): a double bed (140x190) with its own en-suite bathroom comprising a shower and a hairdryer
On the upstairs landing, a single bed (80x190) is also available for additional sleeping accommodation.
Two bathrooms with shower and toilet are at your disposal on the ground floor, and you will also find a separate toilet upstairs for added comfort.
Two parking spaces outside will be at your disposal just in front of the house.
To make your stay easier, the accommodation is also equipped with a washing machine as well as an ironing board and iron.
