About this house rental
Villa located in a quiet area at the end of an alley, without the passage of cars. 300 m from the beach and 5 min by bike from the village center (shops / Saturday morning market).
3 bedrooms / 7 people MAXI children included. 2 bathrooms.
Large fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, hob, machine ...)
Laundry room (washing machine, dryer, freezer)
Master bedroom: for 2 pers (160x190 bed) / wc / bathroom
Children's room: for 3 people (two bunk beds + 1 single bed)
Guest room: for 2 people (2 beds of 80x190 to be left separate or to be grouped for a couple version)
large living / dining room
Large sand garden (ideal for children) with terrace + outdoor shower (practical for returning from the beach) + plancha + loaner bikes
Patio at the back of the house
Fully enclosed grounds.
The house is 300 meters (3 minutes on foot) from the beautiful Saint Jean beach.
The house is 5 minutes by bike, from the heart of the village of Thorn for its market or small purchases (bread, newspapers, ...), coffee or evening aperitif, ...
10 minutes by car from the town of Noirmoutier en l'Ile for all other curiosities ... the big market, the shopping, the small town center, the shops, ...
Ideal for families, children can be independent. All trips can be made on foot or by bike with secure cycle paths.

We really enjoyed our stay here , lots of bikes in the garage that we were able to use , you can get everywhere by bike in the island . Two mins to the bakery in the bike Inthe morning
