About this house rental
Discover this pleasant family home of 80 m², ideally situated in La Guérinière, just a stone's throw from the sandy beach of the Court. Designed to accommodate up to 7 people, it is perfect for family holidays, between relaxation in the garden, seaside pleasures and discoveries of the island of Noirmoutier.
Outside, you will enjoy a enclosed garden with garden furniture, perfect for children, as well as a beautiful 20 m² terrace. Barbecues, outdoor meals and moments of relaxation in the sun will punctuate your summer days.
From the entrance, you will be seduced by a beautiful bright living space, composed of a welcoming lounge/dining room. The lounge, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a television, invites you to relax after a busy day. A wood-burning stove completes the set for warm evenings outside the season. The bay window offers direct access to the terrace and garden, bringing beautiful light to the space.
The open-plan American kitchen, opening onto the living space, is fully equipped to meet all your needs: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, bean-to-cup espresso machine, toaster, kettle as well as all the utensils necessary to prepare good meals.
On the sleeping side, a first bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a Queen Size bed (160x190). A modern bathroom with shower, hairdryer and WC completes this level. Upstairs, you will find two other bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190), ideal for a family, and the second with a double bed (140x190). A separate WC completes the house for added comfort.
Two private parking spaces inside the property are also at your disposal.
For added convenience, the house also has a washing machine, a fan for very hot days and an outdoor shower as well as an outdoor toilet (beach-side).
For group stays, the adjoining house with a capacity of 2 people can be rented as an additional option, subject to availability (REF: hoomy12712).
