About this house rental
Just a few steps from the centre of L'Épine and in immediate proximity to the salt marshes, this pleasant 70 m² house welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 6 people in a calm environment close to the sea.
Outside, you will enjoy a enclosed garden, ideal for relaxing and making the most of the fine weather. A 35 m² terrace furnished with garden furniture and a plancha will allow you to share good meals and fully savour the summer evenings.
Inside, you will discover from the entrance a beautiful, warm and bright living space. The lounge, comprising a comfortable sofa and a television, opens onto the garden through a large bay window that brings in lovely natural light. The ceiling, superbly crafted in rounded light wood, evokes a wave or a boat hull and gives the whole space a unique charm. The dining area, located on the other side of the room, has a large table that can accommodate up to 6 people for convivial moments. The open-plan American kitchen, with induction hob, is fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Espresso and Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as if at home.
On the night side, the house has 3 comfortable bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 (first floor): double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3 (first floor): double bed (140x190)
A bathroom with an original snail-shaped shower and a hairdryer, as well as a separate toilet are available on the ground floor.
Three parking spaces outside are available on the street, just in front of the house.
For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine.
