About this house rental
Just a few metres from the salt marshes and close to the centre of Noirmoutier-en-l'Île, this recently built house of 95 m² welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Comfortable and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 6 people in a calm environment, between sea and salt marshes.
Outside, you will enjoy a enclosed garden with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for relaxing and sharing good times outdoors. The terrace, accessible from the living area, will be perfect for your sunny meals or to enjoy long summer evenings.
Inside, you will discover a beautiful bright living space as soon as you enter. The lounge is furnished with a large comfortable corner sofa and a television, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the island. The large bay window offers direct access to the terrace and garden, bringing beautiful light to the whole space. The dining area, located in the extension, has a large table that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The open-plan American kitchen, modern and functional, is fully equipped: induction hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the utensils needed to cook as if you were at home.
On the night side, the house has 3 comfortable bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: a Queen Size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: a Queen Size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90x200) that can be joined together to form a King Size bed (180x200)
You will have a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toilet as well as separate toilets.
Two parking spaces outside on the property of the house secured by a gate.
For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine as well as an iron and an ironing board.
