ON THE GROUND FLOOR
-a living room (convertible sofa, TV, wifi, coffee table)
-a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, rectangular table and its 8 chairs, storage furniture)
-a pantry (shower, sink, washing machine, cupboard)
-a toilet
UPSTAIRS
-two bedrooms with 140x190 bed (cupboard or chest of drawers, bedside tables)
-a bathroom (walk-in shower, wc, basin)
- cot and baby equipment
The garden :
-a table and 6 chairs
-2 deckchairs
-1 charcoal barbecue
Garage :
-4 bikes
- buckets, shovels, children's landing net
Ideal for families: children's club in summer, sailing school, fishing on foot, walking, swimming at 200m.
Car not essential. In summer, free shuttle to go to the center of NOIRMOUTIER (2,5km) and to the Ladies' beach.
The discovery of the island is often done by bike or on foot thanks to its many cycle paths.

What a luck to stay five weeks in Grand Vieil in a house, where you find everything what you need to be happy.

The house is located on the nice island Noirmoutiere.
The island can be explored by bike.
Therefore it was very nice to have bikes at the house. The bikes were not very new but they helped as to explore the northern part of the island with the family. I think you would pay at least 40€ per day extra to lease 4 bikes.
There is a nice sand beach for bathing on the west side of the island where we often went by bike.
The beach on the east side is very near and reachable by foot within a few minutes. There are 2 restaurants and a "Spar" for shopping food nearby. The house is very nice.
The inner stair to the upper floor is quite steep.
The local contact person was very friendly.
We really enjoyed our stay.
