About this house rental
Renovated fisherman's house of 66m² located in Noirmoutier in the village of L'Epine (in a dead end) on enclosed land (open view) of 360 m² with 2 terraces. 600m from the woods, the beach and the Morin marina.
Equipped for 4-6 people, all comfort: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, orange press, croque monsieur maker, oven, TV, internet access, WIFI, electric heating, etc.
The house is made up of 2 bedrooms (one with a 160cm double bed and one with 2 90cm single beds), a living room with sofa bed (140cm Poltronesofa), kitchen, bathroom with toilet and outdoor toilet. High chair and travel cot available on request.
Outside, 2 private terraces with tables and chairs, deck chairs, barbecue and parking on the grounds.
Service: Sheets, bath towels and end-of-stay cleaning can be taken care of at your expense. A deposit of 800 euros is required. The tourist tax is covered in addition by Abritel.

Décoration soignée, confort et équipements sont aux rendez-vous. On atteint le centre de l’Epine en 20mn à pieds et la mer n’est pas loin. Petit jardin clos très agréable

La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Elle est très bien équipée, propre et la literie est excellente. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions d'accueil de la propriétaire. La maison est très bien située au calme et proche de la mer. Notre petit chien a également bien apprécié le jardin ! Merci à Anne Sophie (conciergerie) pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Dès que nous aurons l'occasion nous reviendrons.

Ravissante maison au confort et propreté impeccable pour un séjour dans une décoration bord de mer de bon goût. Les deux terrasses et jardin sont agréables et au calme .nous sommes restés sous le charme de la maison et de l île ,nous reviendrons.
