Great lodge, love the hot tub and beds were comfortable. Staff really friendly and helpful.
Kitchen could have been better equipped.
Hot tub great but better location for it would have been outside the main bedroom.

Location, lakeside, accommodation size. Nice walking and grounds
As said in sykes review there was issues with the boiler, hot water and heating werent consistent and caused problems for us. the ensuite was damp in smell and had mould around the shower and floor. I requested balloons on arrival and this wasnt done. The kitchen was very basic had to buy cooking trays and serving spoons just for a weekend stay. Door mats and rugs were stained and dirty abd didn't feel comfortable as it should have. This was a special trip it was for my mums 70th who's also terminally ill, this was our first bresk with our new baby as well so it wasn't the comfortable stay it could have been with continously resetting the boiler and having frequently no hot water or heating.
