Beautiful holiday villa overlooking the sea and the mountains

Thank you for this fantastic holiday! The villa was perfect, exactly what we were looking for: close to the coast but with the charm of surrounding hills, spacious, with multiple outdoor sitting areas, well equipped (could do with a bigger frying pan if I had to list something that was missing...). The pool was great: clean, partly in the shade which was appreciated by the kids. Poolside needs a little attention (wooden serround needs to be fixed on) but overall we have immensely enjoyed our afternoons at the pool and it was definitely a highlight!Plenty of fans around the house (at least 3 or 4). No air con but we didn't feel the need for it either as it was quite breezy. We have also greatly appreciated Sergio, who was very welcoming, reactive and available to help.The access road is narrow and steep as you have probably red in previous reviews, but unless you're driving a very large vehicle (we were in vw touran, so not the smallest of cars) you can get up there fine.I would definitely book it again!

We had a great time at this house, despite the crazy driveway to get up to the property (which has been mentioned in previous reviews). Other than that, here are our pros and cons: Pros - loads of space Well stocked kitchen Great views Nice pool/pool surround (although the pool is only 4ft deep) Incredibly cute and friendly neighbourhood cat available for cuddles! Cons - Very hot in the summer if there’s no breeze and there is only one fan in the property Condition of the house/furniture/kitchen equipment etc is quite tired (we didn’t mind this, but it might bother others) The awning on the terrace doesn’t work properly It’s worth mentioning that the drive up to the property is absolutely as steep and narrow as others have said. I only mention this because I assumed it wouldn’t be ‘that bad’ and it ended up causing us some logistical issues because one of the drivers in our party didn’t feel they could manage it, so we had to amend our plans. Otherwise we had a great stay :)

Barking dogs below the property. No air conditioning or fans. Very hot. TV channels all In German. No instructions for anything. Access a problem. Road very steep for car and a long walk up by foot. No ice trays in freezer. Not recommended at price charged.

No problem to find and super guided pictures to the location ..house so good and clean and fantastic view..pool clean and cozy area Many places to dine at the house during the day and lovely town with very good restaurants!

Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 5 & 1) together with another family of 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 10 & 8) had a great time in the house. I'll sum it up in pros: + Big house. Seldom felt tight at 8 persons. + Nice pool, good size on it. Loads of shade to work with. + Great parking abilities in an open garage (in the shade) for multiple cars. + Excepetionally good storage abilities in all of the rooms. + Efficient and big kitchen. + House very clean & fresh in general. + Dishwasher from a premium brand, worked very well. + Loads of bathrooms & toilets, all of them big and satisfactory. +/- We knew this, but there was no aircondinditioning at all. A house in northern Italy where it very well could get up to 40 degrees celcius (we had 30-34 during our week) was really, really, bad. Horrible to be honest. 1 week of sleep-deprivation. +/- The sofas/couches in the living room were big and comfy. But one of the armchairs was like sitting on sandpaper. +/- You almost needed a 4×4 car to actually access the house. The road up to the house were in incredibly bad shape with loads of potholes and you could barely squeeze your way through with the car. It was doable, however this should be mentioned in the ad. +/- There was a big awning on the porch by the kitchen. However this worked so-so-well, wind caught it very easily and you had to be really careful using it. To wind it out was a bit of a challenge too. - House was really huge, actually divided into 2 floors. Downstairs (with separate entrance) were other tenants. Not sure if permanent or tourists like us. However them SMOKING CIGARETTES was really, really upsetting us. Super turn-off in general and spoiled our whole holidays a bit. So sad. - No shaft for the broom?! - Not enough of outdoor furnitures for merely 8 persons. Such as sunbeds at pool area, chairs at dining area and places to sit at couch area by kitchen porch. Imagine if we were to be 10 persons or 12, as there were beds for that many, how would that have lasted... - No wifi coverage at pool area. - No lights at pool area. - The coffee machine was too small. It was a mini-model with non-standard size coffee filters. - Only 1 fly-swatter which was broken (loads of flies). - Gas stove not working 100%. - Garbage bags (big ones!) not included. - Bad water pressure everywhere. Took about 20 minutes to fill up the bathtub upstairs with 10 cm of water. - Local guy who sorted the logistics did not speak a word of English.

Nach sehr steiler Anfahrt die hinterlegten Schlüssel gefunden. Leider lässt das Objekt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es ist mehr als in die Jahre gekommen und hätte dringend eine Generalüberholung (Anstrich etc.)nötig. Küche und WZ, die Schlafräume ok, Duschen hatten Schimmelränder, Farbe abgeblättert. Bettüberzug fleckig. Sämtliche Sitzauflagen auf der Terrasse, am Pool, am Grill wiesen Flecken auf, die Garnitur auf der Terrasse aus Rattan abgeblättert, die Tischplatte notdürftig mit Plastik verkleidet. Es gibt 3 Liegen, der Rest ausgemustert hinter dem Pool entsorgt. Die angeblich lt Foto bepflanzten Blumenkübel schimmelig, wenn überhaupt mit vertrocknetem Efeu verschönt. Markise klemmt. Insgesamt ein dreckiger Eindruck, der nicht verweilen einlud. Wir haben noch nie ein derart ungepflegtes Objekt angemietet und sind vorzeitig abgereist. Völlig überteuert für den Zustand.

Cette location est géniale, a quelques petits bémols concernant les précisions de l'annonce: Premièrement la difficulté d'accès: la route pour mener à la propriété est plus que fine et dans une pente très abrupte Deuxièmement il peut être important de signaler avant le paiement de la necessité de baisser le volume sonore passé 23h. Nous n'étions pas au courant que la propriété au dessus n'était pas une location mais bien une résidence principale. Nous avions choisi ce lieu pour son calme et le manque de vis a vis pour pouvoir faire du bruit sans déranger personne et on à trouvé dommage de ne pas avoir été informés. Enfin les couchages 7 et 8 sont en réalité un canapé convertible pouvant accueillir difficilement 2 adultes. pour faire dormir deux enfants pourquoi pas mais deux adultes cela était plus difficile (au moins les canapés du salon sont très grands et confortables)

Huis is groot. Onder het huis zit een andere woning dus echt privé is het niet. Mooie locatie op 150 mtr hoogte. . De toerit heuvel op vergt wat oefening.
