Pulita e confortevole
Lavastoviglie con perdita d’acqua, subito segnalata, che durante il soggiorno non è stato possibile riparare a detta del referente. La piscina è in comune e ha degli orari precisi di apertura che potrebbero essere indicati meglio nella descrizione. Il parcheggio è assicurato solo per una autovettura.

Non ci tornerei
L'appartamento ci è stato consegnato pulito, la ragazza dello staff è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Vista sul mare dal balcone ottima. Bello il biliardo anche se non lo abbiamo sfruttato ed è stata gradita la presenza dei ventilatori per aiutare con il caldo. Utile anche la presenza di due bagni. Molto comodi la lavastoviglie e i fornelli a induzione.
La strada per arrivare all'appartamento è molto in pendenza e anche dissestata, nessuno ci aveva avvisato di questo. Ci siamo presentati con la macchina nuova(sportiva quindi bassa) ed è stato un incubo fare avanti indietro, abbiamo toccato con il muso più di volte e i freni adesso fischiano parecchio, a meno che non abbiate un fuoristrada o una macchina da buttare via lasciate perdere. Il parcheggio privato c'è ma è tutto dissestato, le radici degli alberi hanno spaccato tutta la strada. Inoltre tutte le volte per arrivarci tempo perso a non finire, macchine parcheggiate in divieto di sosta(nella zona per fare manovra) e anche sulla strada per entrare nel parcheggio che già è stretta di suo. Ho avvisato anche la ragazza dello staff che prontamente ha provveduto a chiedere di spostarle ma non è servito a nulla, il giorno dopo sono state rimesse dove non andavano. Tutte le camere a parte una sono nella mansarda e nonostante la presenza di ventilatori(non c'è l'aria condizionata) di giorno con il caldo è invivibile e di notte è a malapena accettabile. Il bagno all'ultimo piano presenta un lucernaio senza tendina e qualsiasi cosa fai può essere vista dagli appartamenti circostanti. Ci sono state date delle cuffie già usate per potere utilizzare la piscina. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato passabile ma a mio parere non sufficiente.

Wygodnie i przetronnie
Ilość miejaca w prost rewelacyjna, bardzo przestronne przestrzenie wspólne. Basen wygodny dość duży z płytką i głeboką cześcią, choć nie jest przy samej nieruchomosci, dojście to ok 50-100m, wiec nie ma problemu. Niestety obowiązkowe we włoszech czepki na głowę są niewygodne, dla ośób nieprzyzwyczajonych. Obecność ratownikana miejscu jest plusem, Dojście do morza to ok 1km, zajmuje 10-15min i jest dosć przyjemne.
Dość stromy podjazd pod nieruchomośc, oosby o "niskich umiejętnościach prowadzenia pojazdów" czy ze słabymi silnikami, mogą mieć trudnośc w podjechaniu, mi osobiście nie spawiał oto problemu, więc nie traktuje tego jako duży minus. Przy wejściu pieszynm, niezły trening nóg, ale raczej odradzam rodzineie w wózkiem. NIeruchomosć piętrowa, więc pokoje na poddaszu bez klimatyzacji w środku sezonu dawały się trochę we znaki. Niemneij gospodarz zapewnia wentylatory, wiec nie było zle i spokonie spać się dało.
