About this villa rental
The stunning view of the sea and the nearby French Côte d'Azur frames this charming villa, which is cozy and sunny at all hours of the day.
A 400-square-meter flat garden with a pool, a sun deck with 12 lounge chairs, and a barbecue—all offering a breathtaking view of the sea.
Our villa features:
- three spacious double bedrooms; each room has a balcony with a view of the sea, Monte Carlo, and the French Riviera, air conditioning, a 32-inch LED TV, free Wi-Fi wi.fi. in all rooms, a minibar, a spacious safe large enough to hold a laptop, a private bathroom, and complimentary toiletries (soap, shower gel, shower cap, disposable slippers, and a hair dryer).
News 2022: Two of the double rooms are wellness rooms featuring an in-room whirlpool tub and a chromotherapy shower,
Guests also have access to a large living room and a kitchen with an adjoining dining room.
- Annex consisting of: spacious double bedroom, third bed available upon request, air conditioning, bathroom, kitchenette, sofa, terrace with table and chairs. The annex is attached to the villa but has a separate entrance.
The villa is available for groups of 8–12 people.
Private parking reserved for guests, secured by an automatic gate.
Garden equipped with lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables, and chairs where you can enjoy lunch and dinner in the summer;
Our goal is to provide you with every comfort so you can enjoy a relaxing and peaceful vacation in the shade of the olive trees in our garden or under the ever-present sun in this little corner of paradise.
I’ll be at your disposal to organize boat excursions, tours of exclusive sites in Monaco and along the French Riviera, restaurant reservations, beach service bookings, taxis, and anything else you may desire.

Lovely spacious house overlooking the Mediterranean. Very private with ample gated parking. Spectacular sunsets enjoyed around beautiful infinity pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host Anna and Irina were very accommodating.

Nice property with an absolutely amazing view. Property is clean and well equipped. Bedrooms are comfortable. Outdoor areas are great. Location is a bit of a challenge in that the road leading to the house is steep and very windy. Walking to town is "possible" but it's a long way. Overall, a nice place to stay.
