About this apartment rental
Beautiful appartement, air conditioned, incredible sea view, ideally situated in the heart of Juan Les Pins with 2 calm rooms available, which one of them gives directly on to a spatial covered balcony. Modern furniture and decoration, one standard and one 140 cm bed. Internet WIFI and cable TV. Brand new bed covers, matress protected by slipcover. Impeccable hygiene. Arrival time between 17 :00 and 20 :00 o’clock maximum. Appartement to be vacated at 12 :00 o’clock on departure date. Handicap access available.
Please contact me for the prices, different prices depending on wether it is during school holidays or out of season. Prices are decreasing the longer the stay is.
Payment : 50% on reservation either by bank wire or by check. Other 50% is to be paid 1 month before departure.
A 1000 euro deposit is to be given on the date of arrival and 80 euros for the house cleaning. Deposit will be given back on the departure date in case no degradation is found.

"Nous avons etait tres agreablement surpris par la grandeur de l''appartement qui dans les photos semblait plus petit. Tres Propre, hygienique (housses de matalas neufs, drap bien parfumés de propre). Il etait tres bien amenagé et tres bien entretenu. Les proprietaires tres disponible.
La plage etait juste en face, nous avons eu une vue spectaculaire pour manger le soir. Nous avons passé des vacances vraiment magnifiques."
