Provencal style villa, with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living rooms. Located at 1km from the seaside, it allows a peaceful rest in a shaded garden or at the edge of a swimming pool with sea view. The outdoor area allows family games, parking and garage are closed and secure. The proximity of the city to less than one kilometer allows access to all services. Ideal for family atmosphere or between buddies. The tenants have the exclusive use of the house, the garage, the garden and the swimming pool.
