I wish i had a apartment with a little bit of sun exposure.. No sun at all on the terrace. Didn't really enjoy the full potential of the outdoor terrace. And couldn't dry any close on the terrace ( no sun) Fyi: the washing machine is not in the apartment. 5euro to wash and 3 euro to dry

This property, its management, and the supposed rating of 4 stars are all very suspect. Front desk staff are only open for a few hours a day and were not very helpful. The room was filthy, floors would leave your shoe soles and feet black, there was mucus spread all over walls in multiple places from previous guests (which was not cleaned), the bathroom was filthy and smelled like a trough at a stadium, and the amenities, furniture, beds, and rooms were not equipped at a 4 star level whatsoever - much more like a 1-2 star quality. We asked for an additional towel and roll of toilet paper and were declined at the front desk as we were told to wash our towels (8 Euros to launder ourselves) and told to source our own supplies. The AC units were absolutely FILTHY and packed with dust and dirt, the air quality was so poor that it caused our infant to have breathing and respiratory issues and both units leaked water badly on the floors. The only aspect of this property I would recommend is the location - period. We reached out to the Management company to express our concerns of our stay and over two weeks later we haven't received a response. Avoid at all costs!!!

Overall, the property is in reasonable shape. In Antibe, Fr it was close to the train station, which made it convenient. The front desk hours are a little hard to understand and somewhat inconvenient. Just make sure to arrive during the hours they are open, otherwise you will have to wait.

Decent hotel in really good location close to old town and station. Good sized, well equipped studio. Polite and friendly reception staff. Pool and garden setting was nice. Only gripes that the studio and balcony floors needed cleaning and a couple of minor repairs needed in the bathroom.

Perfect location to walk around and enjoy Antibes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a little small and the AC didn’t work but would definitely stay there again.

We had a penthouse with terrace and jacuzzi with a view to the harbour. Lovely place to sip some pink champagne and relax. Beautiful courtyard and friendly personnel. Facilities are showing their age a bit; the safety box didn’t have a lock and elevator stopped working (twice). Great location with with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Walking distance from Picasso museum and two marketplaces. Some mosquitos as in most places in Southern France.

Spent 6 nights at this property. Location was excellent - easily walkable to town centre, bus and train stations, so a great base to explore the Cote D'Azur. Staff very friendly and helpful in the lead up and when checked in. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for the week.

Location of property was ideal and the apartment was ok in comfort. Biggest concern was that there was no coffee filters, coffee, salt and pepper, other condiments, beach towels, and limited plates and some not reachable on top shelf. Service desk was only open limited hours to offer help.

The perfect accommodation in an outstanding location in beautiful Antibes. The rooms, the underground car parking, the staff…all added to make it a worry and hassle-free holiday…..we’ll definitely be back.

Really spacious one bedroom flat, with everything we needed in the kitchen area. Great location in Antibes old town. Lovely staff on reception but its open restricted hours. Some road noise in our room and the pool is only open 10.30am -6.30pm. Great value overall.

Very nice and quiet while we were there. I do wished they'd advised one pool would be closed, it showed it would be open during dueing our time there. Lack of provisions when checking in, for a short 5 night stay no bin bags, extra toliet paper, kitchen towels etc.

Stayed in 4 person apartment which had adequate facilities and nice decor. View from terrace was stunning looking over the harbour and fort. Only downside was noise from traffic even early hours of the morning, but not the properties fault. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location though was perfect for Antibes area and bus and train services where excellent. Would stay here again if visiting Antibes.

Great place for a few days stay visiting family. Took advantage of the pool. Compact apartments but perfect for our needs. Would definitely return if in the area. Close to port, old town and great restaurants!

A very Good location close to the Old town. In general a Good choice with parking offered in the garage below. We did very little cooking, although the apartment was well equipped. The problem though, No space whatsoever for preparing and handling the food. No surface to work on. Also We changed room beacause the toilet was very low, and No handle on the wall to get support from. We got a more handicap friendly room which happened to be available at an additional cost.
