Just okay.

Good location. Nice sized apartment for a few days. Was able to use WiFi to work and take video calls.

Communication was difficult. Wanted to add an extra night and the host would not approve it through Booking.com and insisted I pay directly. This made it so I was unsure upon arrival if I actually had a confirmed extra night. They could also not answer simple requests (like WiFi info) through the platform and force you to go through the hotel’s reception. Parking was an extra charge and expensive. The kitchen had pots and pans but no paper towels, dish soap, dish towels, etc. so cooking is a challenge.

Well located - good value for money

Great location - very convenient for the station and fast trains to Cannes. Really good value for the cost - especially during the film festival. Would definitely return. We found some nice places to eat near the sea front and local shops to stock the fridge. Very helpful staff at the Best Western. No issue with late checkin and early departure. Nice little terrace outside. Well stocked kitchenette. Clean bathroom.

The room was small - the only place to sit and eat was on the bed when it wasn't warm.or dry enough to eat outside. Not a big issue for us as we were out much of the time. Given we stayed 6 days there could have been more pods provided for the coffee machine. Fortunately I'd brought plenty of tea bags with me.

Disappointing

The location is great. Right in front of the train station and very close to the seaside. The room was big enough.

I don't know where to start. 1- First of all, we haven't got the room we've been promised. We were supposed to have the room with the terrace but they gave us a garden room which was incredibly noisy, especially at night. 2- When we were doing the check-in, they asked us to pay 150 euros deposit which we were surprised by. They didn't tell us that before our arrival. 3- When we arrived to the room, they gave us a list of the things in the room and asked us to check everything and give them the list back to them. It was an inventory and it took us 15-20 minutes to check everything which was weird and annoying. 4- After we had a little grocery shopping we opened the fridge and found it completely soaked. There was water everywhere. We had to dry inside to be able to put the things we bought. 5- The bed was way too small for two people. It wasn't a double bed, it was 140cm. And it was sooo uncomfortable that we couldn't get a good night sleep for 2 nights. 6- Cleaning should have been definitely better. There were a lot of ants and spider nets and dust hanging from the ceiling. 7- WiFi stopped working after the first day.

Spacious bathroom with waterfall shower, confortable beds and nice to have a terrace. Great location close to the beach, train station, restaurants...

l'emplacement tres bien

j'ai demande un lit double c'était 2 lits collés. Première nuit difficile puis les lits ont été arrangés de telle sorte que ca fasse un lit King size, sauf que les couettes a l'intérieur de la housse se sont mis en boule.

Vacanza a Juan les Pins

Posizione ottima, vicina al mare e alla stazione dei treni. Struttura comoda e molto pulita. Camera silenziosa e con tutto l'occorrente per un piacevole soggiorno

La stanza non aveva molto spazio per pranzo e cena ma un tavolino esterno ci ha permesso di mangiare in tranquillità.

Il nostro appartamento preferito in Costa Azzurra!

La posizione centralissima e vicina a bar, ristoranti e locali. Supermercato vicinissimo. Gli appartamenti hanno tutto l’indispensabile per un ottimo soggiorno! Parcheggio interno e riservato è un plus a tutto. Il luogo è silenzioso e nelle ore notturne di riesce a riposare tranquillamente anche se ci si trova in centro. Ci torniamo ogni anno!

Sarebbe ottimo se ....

Ottima posizione, vicinissima al centro ma non troppo da ritrovarsi in mezzo al rumore e agli schiamazzi, molto vicino al mare, circa 100 metri, peccato che in questo periodo luglio agosto settembre 2026, tutta quella zona di spiaggia è influenzata dai lavori in corso sulla passeggiata, quindi un po' disagevole ma comunque accessibile. Bello avere il posto auto anche se pagato piuttosto caro. Condizionatore ben funzionante. Doccia super con velocissima e potente acqua calda. Tre donne receptionist gentilissime e sorridenti che mi hanno aiutato a risolvere alcuni problemi. Un plauso anche ad Alma, una signora delle pulizie, albanese ma che parla italiano e ci ha dato una mano per altra situazione spiacevole che racconto nella parte dedicata a cosa non ci è piaciuto. Tutto sommato non è male se solo si coordinassero e organizzassero meglio su alcuni dettagli importanti. Spiagge private ottime anche se 40 euro a testa sono una bella cifra, però ci sono tante spiagge libere molto belle.

All'arrivo troviamo un receptionist di origini orientali che non mostra il minimo sorriso, non da un benvenuto, alza la testa, prende atto dell'arrivo, spiega due cose e stop. Che tristezza essere accolti così. Accedo al parcheggio. La seconda sera usciamo in auto e al ritorno succede che il custode ci blocca dicendo che noi non abbiamo diritto di parcheggiare, spiego che fino a due ore fa l'auto era li e che era li anche ieri ma ci prende addirittura per bugiardi, ci spiega che lui (o chi per lui) ha scritto sul quaderno tutte le auto che hanno l'acceso ma la nostra non risulta, dice anche che non abbiamo il tagliandino (tagliandino?) e che anche nella fattura non risulta il pagamento del parcheggio, e ce lo dice in malo modo, a quel punto alzo la voce anche io e mostro le mail ricevute in cui prenotavo il posto auto, ma niente, ci fa lasciare l'auto ma poco convinto, solo alla fine si calma ma ormai la serata è rovinata per questo alterco. L'indomani grazie ad Alma, la signora delle pulizie che ci aveva visto entrare il giorno prima e grazie alla receptionist gentilissima comprende che c'è stato un errore interno di comunicazione e si scusa molto, ci mostra la fattura dove risulta il pagamento, la nostra auto era segnata e ci dà il tagliandino che il primo receptionist non ci aveva dato. Oltre a ciò vorrei segnalare e consigliare alcune cose. 1 - C'è una bella cucina ma le pentole sono scarse, se vuoi fare una pasta abbondante quel pentolino non basta. 2 - mettetele due capsule del caffè in più suvvia. 3 - quelle che chiamano terrazza vista città sono 1,5mq di spazio al piano terra tra la porta e il parcheggio. 4 - stanze molto piccole rispetto alle foto. 5- abatjour assenti o inservibili. 6 - Assurdo passare mezzora a compilare una scheda in inglese per confermare oltre 30 accessori presenti nella stanza (hai visto mai che li rubi). Che cosa sciocca e fastidiosa.

En fantastisk resa med fantastiskt boende nära stranden. Om jag återvänder till Antibes kommer jag att bo här igen.

Allt. Rent och fräscht. Ac i alla rum. 1 liten toalett och 1 toalett med dusch. Vi var 4 som bodde där och det var gott om plats. 2 plan, kök och tv-rum nere och sovrum+toaletter uppe. Eget kök så vi kunde laga mat. 200 m från stranden. Tv i vardagsrum och sovrum. Nära till centrum och butiker. Café 50 meter från hotellet.

Det enda negativa var att det inte fanns parkering utan man fick hitta parkering på gatan/p-hus.

L'emplacement la situation géographique proche du bord de mer la plage le personnel de l'accueil très sympatique et serviable La rapidité d'intervention suite à ma demande pour déboucher le lavabo et remplacer le pommeau de douche qui fuyait 👍🏻

Soluzione perfetta

La struttura in generale è molto bella e ben tenuta nonché vicinissima a spiaggia e centro, il cortile interno con i parcheggi è sicuramente un valore aggiunto per evitare di parcheggiare sulla strada, l'appartamento eccezionale dotato di ogni comfort e pulitissimo, letto super comodo, doccia fantastica, rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Torneremo sicuramente qui in occasione del nostro viaggio annuale a Juan!

La pulizia e le dimensioni della struttura sufficienti per un soggiorno di 4 adulti. Molto comodo il doppio lavandino! La posizione della struttura vicinissima alla spiaggia e alla stazione e il parcheggio convenzionato.

Appartamento ideale per le famiglie. Con spiaggia realmente vicina.

L'appartamento è sufficientemente spazioso. La cucina ben attrezzata ed i letti comodi,persino i divani letto!!! Appartamento ben silenzioso.
