Worst host experience I have had.
Even though the host accepted quickly the booking, he subsequently never responded to calls, messages from me and from booking.com agents. Thus we were unable to check in the apartment. Very unprofessional attitude, we had to wait all day and book another property last minute.

Apartment was exactly like the photos, lovely place! Our contact Erika was great in the way she coordinated and was very helpful in guiding for parking etc. Really appreciate it!

Casa sporca e non maltenuta!!!
La posizione era ottima per muoversi con mezzi pubblici e stazione .Vicino al mare . La signora Jordana dell' agenzia si è verificata disponibile e presente ad aiutarci!
La casa non era come rappresentanta in foto, molte cose era in condizioni precarie ( stendino arrugginito ,doccia che si intasava e allagava, sedie del soggiorno tt rovinate,tende che cadevano appena le muovevi,pomello della porta d'ingresso che si staccava.....muri scrostati..) La casa avrebbe potuto essere bellissima se fosse stata funzionante e soprattutto pulita .Pulizie assenti !!! La piscina sull' attico è sprovvista di lettini e non curata. Dopo vari contatti con il proprietario ,l' unico suo intervento è stato quello di darci dei prodotti per sgorgare la doccia e praticare tutto l' intervento in autonomia .

Perfekt med 2 bad, 2 soverom og senger i stue for 8 personer. Kort vei til strand og jernbane. Flott med terrasse. God og tett kommunikasjon med utleier.

Kunne vært bra, var nå bare tragisk dårlig!
Leiligheten i seg selv ganske ok. Ligger sentralt.
Det var ikke rengjort når vi kom. Alt måtte vaskes og støvsuges før vi kunne ta leiligheten i bruk. Attraktive takterasse med basseng var noe vi hadde sett fram til. Alt var stengt av, noe eierne må ha visst om, men ikke varslet om til leietagere. Hver morgen ca kl 8 begynte man å bråke med slagborr på taket rett over leiligheten. Stedlige ansvarlige assistenter og eier var svært vanskelig å få tak i. Først siste døgn fikk de stoppet vedlikeholdsarbeidene på taket, fordi det da hadde begynt å sprekke i taket og drysse mer og mer murpuss. Ekstra nøkkel til hoveddør ble aldri skaffet tilveie, noe som forsuret hverdagen til oss 4 leietagere. Kontakten og reaksjonene fra Booking.com var også kritikkverdige, selv om jeg er Genius3-kunde. Først to dager etter innmeldte klager fikk vi kontakt. Hovedadministrasjonen svarte på telefon kun på nederlandsk før representant tok kontakt på engelsk. Stedlig assistent og eier var imidlertid svært opptatt å reklamere for sine nye utleieprosjekter i Egypt og Bulgaria. Alt var håpløst lite profesjonelt noe ikke Booking.com bør være bekjent av.
