closeness to the Palais des Congres
The access to the apartment was confusing and the door lock was stiff and needed adjustment. Neither the access door nor the key were labelled so it was not clear whether it was the correct key, other doors on the corridor all look identical.

Very good location, big balcony with table and chairs.
Coffee machine available.
Nice redone shower.
All the sleeping options were comfortable: double beds and extensible couch too.
Air conditioning in 2 rooms.
The parking place offered with the apartment is too small for a regular size car. However we were able to find street parking.
The cleaning is sub-optimal.
There is no acces to internet but also no acces to cable TV which makes the TV useless for entertainment.
There were no consumable like handsoap and toilet paper at our arrival but the host made those available to us as soon as we let them know.
