Warm welcome and ten minutes from seafront but a noisy location

Welcoming host, comfy beds, 10 minute walk from the seafront

Room billed as “garden view”. This is a complete exaggeration. Windows of the main room look out onto the courtyard where all cars are parked. “Garden” is some pot plants outside the bedroom window which you have to strain to see. Road outside hotel very noisy

A joke

There is nothing that we liked about this place.

This is not as described at all. It is basically a scam. They gave us a tiny studio room even though we booked an "one bedroom suite with separate living room". The state of the room was awful. The furniture were cheap mismatched tiny furniture that looked like they were taken out of a doll's house. There was no room to change in the bedroom and we had ro change in hollway area. There was no wardrobe or anywhere to leave our luggae and clothes. There was no living room, they stuck a tiny sofa in the hollway and called this a living room. There was no kirchen, the furniture were fake furniture that were not in use. The bathroom door was not shutting or locking, it was not a proper door but a pull out divider. There was a whole for a window in the bathroom that you couldn't cover and there were houses with people outside who could see you so you couldn't use the bathroom. The mattress was hard as a stone, worst quality I ever sat down. The area is awful with very few stores and shops which were all closed when we arrived in the evening so we starved the first night. We contacted rhe property who told us that everything matches the photos and were refusing to help, they even started messaging me in french even though I was texting them in English. I had to contact Booking.com to cancel the rest of my nights. I went to a very decent hotel for the same amount of money. DON'T GO THERE.

We enjoyed walking around town and later taking a swim. We found a great little pizza place that was close by.

The Villa was very impressive. It had an old town charm outside yet very modern inside. Parking at the property was a bonus.

It would have been nice to be closer to the beach and restaurants.

Struttura carina e ben tenuta. Camera grave un con bagno un po’ scomodo con una porta che permetteva poca intimità. Tutto molto pulito.

Belle bâtisse extérieur avec une cour permettant de garer son véhicule La literie est excellente Nous avons été super bien accueilli Situation parfaite pour tout faire à pied

La propreté (cheveux dans la salle de bains). Moisissures un peu partout. Meuble sous vasque inutilisable. Manque la moitié de la porte de douche. Porte style persienne à galandage sépare les toilettes de la table à manger : Pas très agréable, une vraie porte est absolument indispensable Le réfrigérateur présente des traces de moisissures et le congélateur est rempli de glace, un dégivrage et un bon nettoyage seraient nécessaires.

Vielen herzlichen Dank an den Gastgeber für den herzlichen Empfang und die Hilfsbereitschaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und groß, die Betten bequem, und unser langer T5 mit Fahrradträger war im Innenhof gut untergebracht.

le séjour a été satisfaisant et nous recommandons cette villa pour l’accueil et le charme du lieu, e

agréable séjour de deux nuits dans cette charmante villa ancienne. L’accueil du propriétaire était chaleureux et sympathique. Villa de charme avec un accès parking gratuit et fermé par un portail, ce qui est un vrai plus. Accessible par bus également, située à environ 15’ en bus du centre ville d’Antibes. Petites attentions quotidiennes : serviettes propres, capsules de café et bouteilles d’eau. Villa non accessibles aux personnes à mobilité réduite: plusieurs marches pour accéder et escalier pentu.

La villa n’est pas très bien isolée phoniquement. Cuisine équipée d’un mini-frigo très limité, une porte de salle de bain défectueuse et une climatisation difficile à régler. Le cadre est joli , et certains détails de l’aménagement sont à revoir car vieillissants.

Il bagno ha una porta scorrevole con le fessure, tipo imposta di finestra. Dunque zero privacy, era senza finestra ed emanava un cattivo odore. Il mobile del bagno è vecchio e tutto rotto e la doccia perde acqua. L'appartamento è sprovvisto di uno stendino dove poter stendere gli asciugamani della spiaggia, è sprovvisto di una scopa. La cucina non ha la cappa e il lavandino non scarica bene

Sehr gelungen

Sehr geräumig und ein freundlicher Gastgeber, Trotz der nahen Straße sehr gut geschlafen und nichts störendes vernommen. Nach Antibes zur Altstadt und Hafen ca. 4km. Easy mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Sicherer Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

La villa Gabriel est une belle demeure très bien rénovée. Nous avons été reçu par le propriétaire qui est très sympathique ! L’appartement était spacieux et conforme aux photos .Nous le recommandons vivement ! Le parquing dans la cour est parfait.

Relax nei pressi di Antibes

Camera recentemente ristrutturata, molto spaziosa. Possibilità di raggiungere a piedi il mare con una breve camminata. Parcheggio privato disponibile proprio davanti all’ingresso e chiuso da cancello durante la notte

Presenza di scale anche abbastanza ripide per raggiungere la camera in assenza di ascensore, da tenere in conto se si ha passeggino o qualunque tipo di disabilità. La doccia perdeva un po’ di acqua per porta non completamente a tenuta
