Quietly located on the 3rd floor (with a lift) of a 5-storey building, this tranquil retreat features a light, open-plan living space that incorporates a small kitchen. This area is furnished with: a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge.
A small terrace provides the perfect alfresco extension, with space for outside dining and soaking up the Mediterranean sun.

Nestled between Cannes (5 minutes by car/train) and Antibes (10-15 minutes by car), Golfe-Juan is known for its beautiful sandy beaches and two harbours: the Old Port and Port Camille Rayon. The resort’s two main beaches are both only a 5–10-minute walk away, and the port’s scenic promenade, populated by various restaurants and bars, is a 3-minute walk. For self-catering, the closest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. There is also a farmers\' market on Place de l\'Homme au Mouton (a 9-minute drive away) and a fresh fish market on Avenue des Frères Roustan (a 4-minute walk) every morning (Tuesday-Sunday).
