About this apartment rental
In a quiet and secure gated residence but close to beaches and restaurants, we offer a 3 bedroom (each bedroom + dining room being equipped with air conditioning) with living room apartment. You will benefit from a 20m swimming pool (accessible from 15 May to 30 September), a tennis court, a “petanque” court and a room with table tennis.
In addition, a secure parking space is provided, and private parking is available for visitors.
The area of the apartment is 75m2. In addition, there is a terrace of 15m2 and 150m2 garden.
Located on the ground floor, it consists of 3 bedrooms each with a double bed and storage, a lounge with fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The apartment is fully furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped, broadband Wi-Fi & TV are available.
From the flat, it is only a 10min walk to the centre of Juan-les-Pins, as are the towns beaches and it is a 20min walk to the old town of Antibes.
It is an ideal flat to enjoy a holiday as a couple, with friends or as a family.

Lovely flat with great garden space. Great location. Air conditioning throughout which we needed because it was super hot. Pool was amazing and we had it to ourselves most of the time. Easy walk into Antibes old town and Juan Les Pins train station for trains to Cannes, Nice and other destinations.

The communication with the host was great. A short walk from the beach and restaurants. The pool was in good condition but not great for kids. Its very deep everywere and there were many strict rules for use. No toys in the pool.

We stayed for a week at Maik’s apartment. It’s ground floor with a lovely sunny garden and a shared pool which we had to ourselves most days. The place was super clean with all the amenities provided, particularly good for babies with high chair, cot and changing mat provided. The location is great, super secure with gated access and a 10 min walk from Juan Les Pins train station and JLP beach (although in May 25 lots of it is under construction!) The perfect base for our stay in the Riviera with 2 little ones!
