Architect-designed villa, in a peaceful setting, a stone's throw from the lake

We spent two weeks in this still modern house designed back in the sixties (my guess). The concrete triangular building seems to be weightless with a surprising floor plan. The spacious living room area is nicely decorated as all the rooms are. The only drawback of the house are the musty TV area and main bedroom wardrobe. The house is located on its personal little forest dune with a maximum of privacy. It was mostly quiet but we experienced all night parties by direct neighbors during the weekend. The 20 minute walk to the stunning beaches can be hot on warm days, but it lead us to a huge almost private beach area.
