About this house rental
Nestled in a garden with pine and strawberry trees, this pretty house is very pleasant to live in. It has just been renovated (2016).
Decorated with great taste, beautiful living room, spacious, with equipped American kitchen, its bar, dining room and living room open on beautiful fully furnished terrace (Terrace not suitable for young children).
There are 4 bedrooms: a first with 1 double bed in 160cm and its private bathroom (shower and toilet), a second with a double bed 140cm and its private bathroom (shower), a third with 2 single beds in 80cm, and a fourth children’s room with 4 single beds in bunk beds. There is a communal bathroom, with toilet.
The garden is large (900m2) and enclosed. There is a BBC and a plancha, as well as a hammock where to bubble. Everything is there to spend a beautiful holiday on the peninsula of Cap Ferret!

La maison en bois est parfaite, spacieuse, avec toutes les commodités! Elle s’intègre parfaitement dans le calme du lotissement.
On se sent dépaysé et totalement en vacances!

La maison est très bien équipée, on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. On s’y sent très vite comme chez nous, il est même très difficile d’en repartir...
L’agence est disponible pour que tout ce passe parfaitement.

Das Haus ist prima für kleine Gruppen bzw. Familien. Schlafzimmer sind klein, haben aber alles was man braucht. Prima ist, dass 3 Bäder vorhanden sind. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Das ganze Haus ist toll ausgestattet. Wenn das Wetter gut ist, kann man auf 3 Terrassen je nachdem im Schatten oder in der Sonne liegen. Fußweg zum Meer 30 Minuten, mit dem Auto 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Das einzige Manko ist die sehr hohe Kaution.

L'Agence est très professionelle et surtout responsive. le chalet a beaucoup de charme et un confort avec tous qu'il faut pour un séjour agréable et réposant. Le standard est mieux que dans la déscription (internet), i.e. induction, rampe d'access qui est avec un peu d'aide aussi utilisable pour personnes handicapés (fauteuille roulant). Le Chalet est bien spacieux aussi pour une famille avec petits enfants… nous avons bien apprécies notre choix et pensons de revenir. Merci d'avoir nous accueillies, dietrich
