In a bourgeois building facing the sea, this beautiful, fully renovated, 65 m², dual-aspect, 2-bedroom apartment features all mod cons. It features air conditioning, double glazing, high ceilings, a living/dining room, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, and two televisions.
It is important to leave the apartment clean at the end of your stay. If you are unable to do so, a cleaning service will be arranged at your expense (€90).
Check-in is 3:00 PM/8:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM.
Arrivals after 8:00 PM will be charged €50. Check-out is 10:00 AM. For late arrivals or departures, please contact us by email or text message.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

Hosts are very helpful and the apartment has a good atmosphere. We loved the balcony for breakfast in the morning. The apartment was well equiped. We appreciated the location close to the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. We would like to come back.

We enjoyed our time in Nice and the great location of the apartment to Promenade des Anglais. Easy to catch an Uber, rent a Lime Bike and ride to Old Town on the Promenade and close to both Gare Du Nice-Ville and the airport. The hosts were wonderful and very attentive. Safe, clean and well appointed.

Lovely character apartment on the seafront virtually, has lifeguards and good swimming stone beach(no sand in your sandwich!) Suggest beach shoes as stones a bit hard on your feet.Very accommodating host, great public transport, tram/bus.Absolutely recommend this place.
