Vivre sur un bâteau avec les poules d'eau, bien situé, confortable, propre, accueil sympa.
Très original de vivre sur un bateau mais très confortable, pratique, propre, idéal pour 1-2 personnes, ça peut être sans doute très romantique. Accueil très sympa et disponible à la réception de la Marina Maastricht, remise des clefs en main propre, plus explications et conseils. En été ça doit être idéal, on peut même profiter d'une petite terrasse avec deux chaises qui donne sur l'eau. En hiver, pas de craintes pour l'isolation et le chauffage. Tout est bien pensé, petite salle de bain, micro-cuisine mais avec tout l'équipement qu'il faut. Chambre avec bon matelas, on est bercé par le concert des poules d'eau et autres oiseaux, un écosystème sympathique. Pour aller en ville, on a deux bus, le 5 ou le 15, à 5-10 min à pied. Idéal pour le centre de congrès (MECC), en 35 min on peut s'y rendre à pied. Pour les courses, on est à 20 min à pied du PLUS Franssen, où l'on trouve tout. 30 min en bus de la gare.

Kleines Hausboot für 2 Personen in exklusiver Lage in der Marina von Maastricht
Die Lage in der Marina von Maastricht ist sehr schön / exklusiv, und es sind nur ca. 3 km bis ins Stadtzentrum. Es gibt einen guten Supermarkt in der Nähe - allerdings benötigt man definitiv ein Auto. Das Hausboot ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet, aber definitiv nicht für mehr - auch nicht für ein kleines Kind, da die kleine Veranda kein durchgehendes Geländer hat. Die glücklicherweise vorhandene Klimaanlage ist auch ein Muss, da es sonst bei Sonne sehr heiß wird (bei Ankunft hatten wir fast 40 Grad im Hausboot bei 31 Grad Außentemperatur - es wäre angenehm gewesen, wenn die Klimaanlage schon von Ankunft eingeschaltet worden wäre).
Es gab keine konkreten Informativen zur Schlüsselübergabe und wir standen zunächst vor dem verschlossenen Tor vor dem Zugang zur Marina, das wir dann zu Fuß passiert haben, als ein anderer Besucher mit Schlüssel das Tor öffnete. Später erfuhren wir, dass wir die Rezeption anrufen hätten sollen, damit diese das Tor öffnet - die Telefonnummer wurde allerdings nicht vorher mitgeteilt und stand nur mit holländischer Beschreibung auf einer Tafel am Eingangstor. Das WLAN ist miserabel- wir mussten dadurch durchgängig unsere mobilen Daten nutzen - ein so schlechtes WLAN ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
