Fabulous location. I had a very comfortable stay, everything was good. Very good communication with the host.

All was good. The flat had all the amenities I needed, but simple (nothing extra if someone is looking for extra comfort or luxury).

Central position, could be better cleaned when welcoming guests

Position. The host was also nice and accomodating

Cleanliness of toilet, the bathroom and floors could do with a deep clean. There was a TV on the floor and could be better placed, mainly mounted a wall. We travelled with kids and having the tv at reach was a safety hazard. I would also suggest to leave spare bed linen available in case you need it. And perhaps have basic kitchen stuff available that guests would appreciate, for edample salt, oil.

It was close to the centre and reasonably priced.

It could have provided oil, salt and pepper as it has a functioning kitchen. There was no soap in the bathroom and just needs a bit of love and some paintings. Very bland but neat and tidy. No hot water when we got there but the manager sorted it quickly even though it was a public holiday.

It’s nice having the host meet and greet you. answer questions and welcome you to the area. The apartment is bran new, while reviews say it’s very white and plain, for me white means clean, sanitized and cared for. I appreciate the fact that there’ a no crazy, strange art or old used kitchen items. There was coffee, cookies, cold water and juice. very nice. we didn’t have time to cook, but I am sure I will be back and will take advantage of having a nice kitchen to prepare a meal in.

Awesome!!! Accomodation is great, modern, clean and spacious. The location is simply awesome, its within the old town, 3 minutes to the main square, but also close to the train station and to the cable car. Bars, convenience stores , restaurants all around the corner. The value for money here is really unbelievable. I recommend this appartement and the Host 100%!!! The Host is really helpfull, he came back to open up the flat after we forgot something, also he managed to register our car to the autorities because we didnt know about the restricted area, so thanks to him we didnt pay any fee.

Feel at home in Trento

Thomas was a very nice host. I met him at the accomodation. We had some problems with communication at first, but everything was solved! He also realized we were travelling with my daughter and he prepared everything for her in the minute. It's so refreshing to arrive a place where you can really feel like at home. The apartment has a washing machine, a balcony in the back to hang your laundry, it has a dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, full cutlery, crockery, mugs, plates, a coffee maker... well, you can really feel at home. The apartment is close to many historical places, supermarkets, shops and cafes.

Great location, right in the center. Nearby there are 3 large and inexpensive parking lots. The apartment was very clean, fresh linens and towels. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner was very polite, he knew that we were traveling with children, he put juices in advance for the children. He also prepared a bed for the baby, although I didn’t even indicate it in the requests. The kitchen had tea, coffee and cookies. An excellent solution for a long stay, as there is a washing machine and a dishwasher.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti a casa Bacca a dicembre, per vedere i mercatini di Natale. Situato in centro, ha davvero un'ottima posizione per visitare le principali attrazioni e comodissimo per raggiungere i mercatini di Natale. L'appartamento si vede che è stato recentemente ristrutturato, la zona giorno è molto ampia e dotata di cucina e divano letto, le due camere sono essenziali ma dotate di tutto quello che serve. Il bagno ha anche la lavatrice, noi non l'abbiamo utilizzata ma può essere utile per soggiorni più lunghi. Thomas è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Non posso che consigliare a pieni voti questa struttura

Un consiglio per migliorare ancora di più i servizi forniti agli ospiti: le pentole sono scarse e rovinate, sicuramente colpa del cattivo utilizzo degli ospiti precedenti, ma sarebbero da cambiare, personalmente ho avuto difficoltà a cucinare. Anche le dotazioni della cucina sono un po' scarsine: ci andrebbero qualche posata in più, delle presine o un sottopentola.
