Location was fantastic, apartment had everything we needed for 3 people, and our host Thomas was helpful and friendly.

It was nice
Next to apartment is loud club and in Saturday night it was difficult to sleep.

Position. The host was also nice and accomodating
Cleanliness of toilet, the bathroom and floors could do with a deep clean.
There was a TV on the floor and could be better placed, mainly mounted a wall. We travelled with kids and having the tv at reach was a safety hazard.
I would also suggest to leave spare bed linen available in case you need it.
And perhaps have basic kitchen stuff available that guests would appreciate, for edample salt, oil.
