Amazing flat in the centre of Trento!

The location was amazing, the house very very comfortable! Beautiful and spacious.

Just be aware that if you’re traveling with kids, there’s quite a bit of noise and music in the piazza until midnight.

Too much noise from outside

Wide and comfy apartment. Easy to reach and in the historycal center of Trento. Staff is absolutely awesome!

Even if this apartment is recomended for families, its windows are not acoustically insulated: being on the first floor above a pub, until 1 in the morning you can hear the music and people talking as if they were in the house. If you need to rest after a long day walking, It's not the best place to stay

Arredata con gusto! Spaziosa e confortevole! Ragazzi che la gestiscono super carini! La colazione al bar top! Si sentono i rumori della gente al bar e della Musica ma pensavo molto peggio! Dormito benissimo!

Appartamento nuovo, pulito ma molto rumoroso

Posizione centrale, struttura nuova e pulita. Nota di demerito molto rilevante che dovrebbe essere segnalata e di cui bisognerebbe tener conto per il prezzo: l’appartamento si trova ad un piano rialzato esattamente sopra un bar/locale notturno con musica a volume alto e vibrazioni fino a tarda notte e con casse sia esterne che interne e un pessimo (o inesistente) sistema di insonorizzazione. Sconsigliato se avete intenzione di riposare.

Appartamento super centrale, in pieno centro storico. Scendi e sei subito in piazza e puoi fare anche pitstop al bistró sotto casa 😊 Spazioso e moderno

L’unica pecca forse è stato il caldo (ovviamente non attribuibile alla struttura di per sé) e non sempre il condizionatore raffrescava l’ambiente soggiorno in modo adeguato

BELLO, MA SCORDATI DI DORMIRE!

Molto Pulita, la posizione centrale è pazzesca e l’appartamento è spazioso. La Colazione del bar è buona. Wi-Fi funziona molto bene. Lo staff risponde in maniera celere e sono stati molto gentili ad aiutarci con le valige.

NON SI DORME. L’appartamento è situato sopra un bar molto attivo dalle 08:00 all’ 1:00 di notte, con rumori che proseguono anche oltre l’orario di chiusura perché il personale deve mettere apposto e pulire. L’appartamento non è adeguatamente insonorizzato ed è veramente difficile passare delle notti risposanti. Portatevi i tappi per le orecchie. La struttura ha delle belle persiane, che aiuterebbero a ridurre di poco il rumore ed ad oscurare bene per la notte, ma sono bloccate da delle fioriere per l’altro poco ornamentali, quindi non si riescono a chiudere. Le tende lasciano passare molta luce. Il parcheggio messo a disposizione è caro , 20 Euro a notte e non è neanche coperto! È a 5 min a piedi (sperate che non piova). La cucina è poco fornita. Manca sapone per piatti, tovaglia, tovaglioli, tagliere, brocca (per bere l’acqua del rubinetto molto buona) CAFFÈ etc etc

Ottima colazione, posizione comodissima. Se tornerò a Trento riprenderò questo alloggio, ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Molto rumore la sera dal bar sotto e la mattina dall'appartamento vicino musica molto alta, ma non è stato un gran problema perchè ci siamo alzati presto.

Posizione e qualità dell' alloggio.

Le scale da fare con passeggino, valigie pesanti e anche il fatto di non poter lasciare il passeggino nel piccolo androne del palazzo. La rumorosità dettata dal fatto di essere sopra un locale sempre affollato per la bravura dei titolari.

Sosta a Trento

Tutto perfetto, appartamento di metratura generosissima con interni molto accoglienti e con tutto il necessario per passarci del tempo. Posizione assolutamente strategica in quanto si puo raggiungere praticamente ogni punto strategico a piedi, consigliatissimo anche il bistrò sottostante, cena molto buona con servizio veramente eccezionale e colazione con brioches da pasticceria veramente buone, se dovessi ripassare da Trento non ci penserei 2 volte a prenotare qui.

Bell'appartmento dotato di tutti i comforts che si affaccia su Piazza Duomo.

Avrei preferito ricevere un SMS-Whatusp dalla struttura con le indicazione di dove ritirare le chiavi, sarebbe stato piu facile.

Lasciare almeno una bottiglia di acqua agli ospiti sarebbe cosa gradita.

Posizione, disponibilità gestione chiavi e colazione

Appartamento ampio ma da controllare per alcune prese scoperte, luci accanto al letto non funzionanti, e soprattutto da evitare perché il bar che lo gestisce, al piano stradale, appena sotto l’appartamento, ha costantemente musica da disco/techno ad alto volume che da molto fastidio fino a tarda notte. È impossibile una gestione di questo tipo, soprattutto da parte degli stessi “gestori”

Centralissimo, vista speciale sul duomo. Alloggio grande, pulito, moderno.

Purtroppo l’ alloggio è esattamente sopra un locale bar che mette musica a volumi molto elevati e l’ alloggio fa da cassa di risonanza! Non abbiamo potuto dormire prima delle due di notte! Mi dispiace ma il rumore è un forte disagio per gli ospiti

Schrecklich lautes Discobar

Die Wohnung ist wirklich zentral gelegen, sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb einer Bar, wo am Wochenende ein Discoparty steigt. Es ist schrecklich laut, nicht nur die Musik aber auch die betrunkenen Gäste. Es fängt am Abend an und dauert bis 3 Uhr! Wenn jemand vom Sonntag bis zum Donnerstag bucht, ist es sicher eine tolle Unterkunft, aber am Wochenende Finger weg..

La musica del bar sotto le finestre... inizia verso le 16 e finisce intorno all'una del mattino... il suono e le vibrazioni della musica si sentono parecchio... da tenere a mente a seconda della tipologia di soggiorno che si desidera fare.

Appartamento di classe in centrissimo

Posizione super centrale, facilmente raggiungibile dai parcheggi pubblici come il P5 a soli 8 minuti a piedi. Appartamento super funzionale dagli spazi generosi. Generalmente tutto perfetto e curato con stile. Ideale anche per una vacanza in due o tre coppie.

Chi si ritrova ad alloggiare in piazza duomo deve fare i conti con la possibilità di rumori notturni della gente in piazza o di chi smonta e rimonta le bancarelle sotto la tua finestra, o le campane che ti suonano in casa visto che sei la succursale del duomo praticamente...ma qui avevamo messo tutto in conto. A questo si è purtroppo aggiunto il fatto che l'appartamento è situato sopra il bar dei proprietari che ha la musica a palla fino a tardi con il pavimento che vibra e le finestre che non isolano il rumore. Incredibilmente la bimba sono riuscito ad addormentarla però e questo è l'importante.

Appartamento molto spazioso e fornito, in posizione ottima davanti al duomo. Colazione al bar sotto l'appartamento con cornetto/toast e bevanda calda a scelta.

Il rumore della gente si sente parecchio se è una serata di festa universitaria o weekend.
