Wonderful holiday in Trento

The place was spotless and peaceful. Easy to get around from in Trento. Very well equipped, there was everything we needed. You could reach the hosts by WhatsApp. Remember to ask for Mio Trentino Guestcard to get free access to museums and free unlimited use of public transport in Trentino area. Access code (no keys needed) was a big plus! Would definitely stay again!

Upstairs neighbour but that has nothing whatsoever to do with the accommodation itself. It was not something we didn't like but just a small suggestion: there could be some more detailed recycling information for instance in the small info leaflet :)

It looks good but it was not a relaxing experience

Place is really close to center

I could hear the noise from all the other apartments and from outside where there was a restaurant and some drunks most of the night. Floor heating in the bedroom was poor, most of the time the floor was cold. I think a control on the wall was the humidity but it looks like just visual because the air was really dry and it was always showing the same value.

Stylish apartment, perfect location, poor communication.

The apartment has an excellent location—just a three-minute walk from the very centre. The building is newly renovated, spotless, and fully accessible. The apartment itself is stylish, modern, and beautifully designed. The kitchen and bathroom are exceptionally well equipped, and the small complimentary touches for guests (shower bombs, cookies, teas) were truly appreciated. Everything was perfectly clean, and the baby equipment was lovely, new, and very hygienic.

Sometimes you can hear noisy neighbours, there is no washing machine, and parking is about a three-minute walk away in a public garage. The biggest issue, however, was communication and customer support from the owner Alessia. She either gave us incorrect information or didn’t respond, which caused problems—especially when we tried to leave the parking garage and couldn’t because of the wrong instructions she had given us. I also found her approach far from proactive or customer-oriented. When we wanted to extend our stay, we were not offered a reasonable discount for direct booking, and dealing with her ended up taking more time and effort than it should have. My advice: arrange parking on your own and handle any extensions through your booking platform.

Everything is well organized and instructions for every detail are given (maybe too much). The location is superb. Everything was clean and new. Facilities were great. Water cooker, toaster, coffee machine, hair dryer, first aid kit, all sorts of glasses, cups etc. etc. Also a big bag of welcome biscuits. I may come again.

The keycodes only work if one hits some of the numbers exactly in the centre. At some point the keypad for the house was broken and we were locked out, until a neighbour opened the door for us. The owner was not reachable over phone/WhatsApp: apparently this was broken. However, they responded to a booking message and got it fixed the next day. Kitchen: it would have been nice to have some softer cooking spoons/spatula. I was afraid scratching the non-stick pots with the metal spoon. Also the chopping board was too hard. It makes knifes bland (I always bring own cooking knives).

Restful haven in a fabulous central location

A beautiful, spacious flat just on the edge of Trento's centro storico, nearby secure parking and very comfortable beds. Plenty of shops, cafes and amazing walks in the nearby hills just moments away. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. Easy access with key codes makes it easier for travelling companions to be independent.

The building is quite heavily scented.

Perfect apartment for a family stay in Trento

The apartment was exactly like in the pictures, and felt brand new. The host was extremely kind and also let us in the apartment some nice details for our little one. We will like to stay again whenever we visit Trento.

Everything was perfection, 10/10! The location, the appartment and the nearby restaurant (you have discounts and use it!). Piazza Fiera parking nearby. The appartment is really well furnished. We appreciated the coffee machine and the hair straithener. :) We loved it!

Just a few practical things were missing: towel hangers and a trash can in the bathroom.

Beautiful, spotless and very accommodating

Absolutely beautiful and spotless accomodation. There was everything we needed to make a dinner or steam iron our shirts for the conference. The location is super central. The mattress was perfect for my back, the only concern I had was the pillow (too high for me) but that's very minor considering how everything else was perfect. I would definitely like to stay there again! Thank you, Alessia, for being very accomodation.

It is a refurbished flat in an old building. Everything is new. Very clean. Excelent location: although very close to Piazza di duomo, it is very quiet.

I missed te interior blinds, but not so important. Air condition a little but difficult to set.

Kit di benvenuto per la colazione, ottimo. Consiglio di posizionare sotto lavandino bagno il previsto cestino . Non siamo riusciti ad accendere il termosifone in bagno. Il resto tutto top, mi sono sentita come a casa...( il Vs slogan). Ritornero' prossima volta, anche con amici, visto il mio entusiasmo.

Jó elhelyezkedésű, tiszta, kényelmes szállás.

A check-in time után érkeztünk a szállásra, ennek ellenére könnyű volt a bejutás. A szállás rendezett és tiszta volt, jól felszerelt, kényelmes bútorokkal. A szállásadó figyelmessége, hogy Valentin nap alkalmából egy kis üveg pezsgőt is kaptunk.

Wir hatten uns auf ein Zimmer mit Fenstern und Ausblick gefreut, bekommen haben wir für die erste Nacht ein Dachgeschosszimmer mit kleinen Fenstern auf Bodenhöhe. Nach Beschwerde konnte wir in der zweiten Nacht wechseln. Leider hat es auch mit dem vergünstigten Parkticket nicht geklappt, daher war das Parken bedeutend teurer. Kommunikation war nicht zeitnah möglich.

Gepflegte & schöne Wohnung in Innenstadtnähe

Die Lage des Appartments ist ruhig gelegen aber dennoch fast mitten in der Innenstadt. Es war extrem sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Tolles Besteck, tolle Smeg Produkte (Kaffeemaschine / Toeaster), hochwertiges Geschirr etc. Das möchte ich doch sehr hervorheben, da man richtig gemerkt hat, dass auf die Details wert gelegt wird. Auf dem Tisch standen noch leckere Kekse und ein Glas Marmelade. Klimaanlage war auch vorhanden. Und die Kommunikation war sehr professionell und freundlich. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Die Wände waren sehr hellhörig, so dass man die Nachbarn sehr gut gehört hat. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts und mit Oropax war die Nacht top. :)

Ideale Lage im historischen Zentrum - schöne, neu wirkende und sehr saubere Wohnung mit Eingangscode und Türsicherung - bequemes Bett mit qualitativ guter Bettwäsche -- Pflegeprodukte und Fön/Glätteisen, Regen/Handdusche im Bad - gute Handtücher - . Begrüßung mit sehr leckeren Plätzchen und Marmelade - guter, freundlicher und effizienter Kontakt mit der Managerin und rasche Hilfe!

Das Wohnen im historischen Zentrum ist auf der einen Seite perfekt für vielfältige Unternehmungen - nachteilig für uns war die abendliche Unruhe bis ca. 1 Uhr aus den anliegenden Restaurants. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern unterschwellig (wir schlafen nur gerne bei geöffneten Fenstern). Die Gebühren-Parkhausregelung ist kompliziert, es fehlte eine Anfahrtsskizze und die Info. über die Möglichkeit, vor dem Haus das Gepäck aus- und einzuladen.

Ubytování v historickém centru Trento v krásně rekonstruovaném objektu

Opravdu zdařilá rekonstrukce historické budovy. Všechny detaily promyšlené, použité kvalitní materiály. Interiérový architekt udělal výbornou práci, vše slazené, v krásném stylu. Moderní systém chlazení i rekuperace vzduchu, super funkční okna - je to prakticky v centru, jeden večer byl na přilehlém náměstí "koncert". Velmi hlasitá hudba, po zavření okna to vypadalo, jako když koncert skončil. Vše praktické (kromě italských vypínačů - to je divný standard :-) a člověk skoro nikdy neví, co vypíná nebo zapíná. Kuchyně vybavená (kromě přístupu ke skřínce s hrnci), včetně vaření kávy (Lavaza kapsle, výborné). Kódy k zámkům dnes vše zjednodušují. Parkování v přilehlém P4 krytém parkovišti, hostitel zajistil parkovací kartu (extra poplatek, ale dobrá služba). A lokalita - Trento, sever Itálie, Dolomity, dobré jídlo, pro každého něco.

Jen pár detailů, některé by změnit asi šly, jiné už moc ne, ale nejsou tak zlé. - Kuchyně, dvířka pro hrnce jsou pod stolem .... uvařit si oběd je trochu výzva. Asi jediná nepraktičnost kuchyně, která je jinak výborně zařízená. - Odpady - popeláře jsem slyšel asi každé ráno, ale nikde není místo pro odpad. Tříděný odpad se dá odnést na veřejné místo odběru odpadu (podzemní popelnice), ale je to celkem kus přes centrum města (s hromadou tašek s odpadem). Je to možná nezvyk, protože třídění je normální, chůzi mám rád, ale ta kombinace nosit odpad přes rušné turistické místo mi nesedí. - Budova je bezpečná, má požární alarm. Vyzkoušeli jsme si, jak funguje, když asi někdo vařil a kouř spustil alarm. Vše funkční, jen bylo po desáté večer a chyběly instrukce, co dělat (kromě logického opuštění budovy). Když se nic dalšího nedělo, a rámus pokračoval cca 15 minut, bylo to už trochu nepříjemné. Nevím, jestli je alarm navázán i na nějakou centrálu, ale alespoň nějaký jednoduchý návod, jak řešit planý poplach, by mohl pomoct.

Schöne Lage am Rand der Altstadt, wunderschön renoviertes, sehr gepflegtes Gebäude und wirklich ansprechende Wohnungen! Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung.

So schön die Wohnungen sind – das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig … im Schlafzimmer konnte man die Gespräche aus der anliegenden Wohnung hören.
