The property is a hidden gem in Trento. Stay here if you can.

The property was clean, quiet, and close yo both the train station and old Trento. The hostesses were also exceptionally helpful and patient.

Splendid apartment

Location - middle of town but quiet as the apartment looked into a courtyard. Washing machine is a bonus! Excellent apartment layout. Very good kitchen. Would recommend.

A disappointing stay in a poorly maintained apartment that did not match the description, despite its excellent location

The location of this apartment is definitely its biggest strength—right in the heart of Trento, just steps from Piazza Duomo, making it ideal for exploring the city. It’s also pet-friendly, which we really appreciated, and the lady who welcomed us and handed over the keys was very kind and helpful.

That said, our overall experience did not quite meet our expectations. There is no parking available on-site, and the nearest public parking is about 800 meters away, which can be inconvenient, especially with luggage. The photos on Booking.com do not fully reflect the current condition of the apartment; it appeared much more organized and polished in the listing. The kitchen could benefit from a deeper cleaning and some updates in the quality of the cookware. There was no coffee machine, and the kettle had a significant build-up of lime. The refrigerator is placed in the living room, which, while spacious, is furnished with basic furniture, a small television, and a carpet that could use better maintenance. The bedroom was very simple, and no extra blankets were available, which would have been appreciated. The bathroom was the most disappointing part, as it did not match the photos and would benefit from refurbishment. Another important detail: the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, something that should be clearly stated in the property description to manage guests’ expectations. Regarding value for money, we felt that the price-quality ratio was not ideal. For a similar cost, it is possible to find hotels nearby that offer better comfort and amenities. Additionally, we believe that Booking.com should be more rigorous in verifying property listings and reviews to ensure that the information provided is accurate and that the quality meets guests’ expectations. Overall, the stay was below our expectations, but with better cleaning standards, higher quality furniture, and a more accurate listing description, this apartment could offer a much more satisfying experience.

Peaceful stay in central Trento

Fantastic location in the centre of Trento. Very quiet and spacious apartment. Kitchen is compact but perfect for a couple of days when only making breakfast and light lunches.

Beware the stairs - which were fine for us but the apartment is three flights up. However this makes it very quiet.

A spacious, airy,comfortable apartment that combines modern conveniences with living in centuries old building. Very convenient location in the beautiful old city and only 10 minutes walk from the train and bus stations. Emanuela was easy to communicate with and great suggestions for places to eat/aperitivos

Great place (with room for improvement) :)

The location was perfect and easy to find. The host was very nice and helpful when she welcomed me at my arrival. The apartment is well furnished and quiet, surely a great choice for one person or a couple.

Only one aspect could have been better: a deeper, more thorough cleaning would always be appreciated. I also had to buy some toiletries as they were not in the apartment despite the indications that they would have been provided.

Appartamento monolocale molto spazioso in pieno centro città, completo di tutti gli accessori per un soggiorno di media o lunga durata. Supermercati, bar e ristoranti a pochi passi. È possibile lasciare una bicicletta nell’atrio del palazzo.

L’unica cosa da segnalare è che ci sono molte rampe di scale per accedere all’appartamento. Per me non è stato un problema, ma può essere utile saperlo per un anziano o persona con scarsa mobilità

Nel 2° piano senza ascensore, informazione nascosta. Senza scrivania, receptionist marocchina a malincuore non ha spiegato nulla, scarsamente addestrato. Sono entrati nell'appartamento il 03/05 per rimuovere gli asciugamani, tende trasparenti nel soggiorno, luce nella camera troppo scarsa, congelatore del frigorifero che perdeva un pò d'acqua sul pavimento (spento per risparmio di energia probabilmente o altro), solo una bustina di tè, senza un posto dove appendere asciugamani nel bagno, cestino della spazzatura mancante, richiesta assurda di voto 10, avviso di portare fuori la spazzatura e di fare anticipo il check-out alle 10:30 diverso della conferma nel booking.com(11:00). Solo una bustina di tè, un pezzo di battiscopa allentato, la lavatrice non funzionava. Manca un atteggiamento migliore nei confronti di chi vive di turismo. Se rispondono, senza bugie o aggressioni.

PERICOLOSO INACCETTABILE E INSALUBRE

Ho prenotato un appartamento per 5 giorni, in quanto mi trovavo in viaggio da sola per motivi di lavoro, impegnandomi tutto il giorno, dalla mattina alla sera. Appena arrivata in struttura, sono stata subito colpita da un fortissimo odore di fumo che ha reso l’ambiente insopportabile. Ho immediatamente segnalato il problema alla proprietaria, supponendo che qualcuno avesse fumato nell’appartamento. Ho aperto tutte le finestre e cercato di fare cambiare l’aria, ma l’odore di fumo persisteva senza diminuire. La mattina seguente, ho ribadito il problema alla proprietaria, evidenziando che le polveri inalate, di cui nemmeno lei conosceva la provenienza, potrebbero essere TOSSICHE, irritanti e infiammatorie. Purtroppo, ho sofferto di tosse e fastidio alla gola, dormendo per 4 notti in queste condizioni inaccettabili e PERICOLOSE per la mia salute. Ciò che mi ha ulteriormente sconcertato è che, nonostante la gravità della situazione, la proprietaria non è mai venuta a verificare personalmente le condizioni dell’appartamento, e abbiamo avuto solo conversazioni telefoniche. Solo dopo sollecitazioni è stata inviata una persona che, tuttavia, ha semplicemente aperto le finestre e messo un profumo, senza risolvere affatto il problema. In seguito, la proprietaria ha ipotizzato che il problema fosse causato da CANNE FUMARIE OSTRUITE. Nonostante il persistere del problema, l’unica proposta che mi è stata fatta è stata quella di dormire sul divano, dove l’odore era leggermente meno forte, senza però ricevere lenzuola pulite, e senza che mi fosse offerto un cambio di appartamento ( la signora aveva altri appartamenti nel l’edificio). Trovo questa situazione davvero GRAVE e, ripensandoci, ritengo che fosse una condizione INSALUBRE, potenzialmente pericolosa per la salute. Non ho allertato le autorità competenti, solo per il fatto che ero impegnata ogni giorno per lavoro e non ho avuto il tempo di farlo.
