L'appartamento è grande, luminoso, ben arredato e confortevole. Non manca nulla dalla vera cucina alla TV gigante.

L'ingreso del palazzo e l'ascensore hanno bisogno di una rinnovata... ma credo stiano procedendo.

Consigliatissimo

Ho alloggiato in questi appartamenti per qualche giorno e devo dire che mi sono trovato davvero bene. Sono spaziosi, pulitissimi e curati nei dettagli, con tutto quello che serve per sentirsi subito a casa: macchinetta del caffè, bollitore, posate, stoviglie, insomma non manca niente. Mi è piaciuto molto anche il fatto che usino prodotti locali per sapone, shampoo e bagnoschiuma — una piccola attenzione che fa la differenza e racconta qualcosa del territorio. E poi i letti, larghi e comodissimi: dormire bene quando si viaggia non è scontato, e qui ci si riesce senza problemi. La posizione è un altro punto forte: si è in piena zona pedonale, quindi tranquilla e piacevole da vivere, ma con un parcheggio convenzionato a pochi minuti a piedi. In più, la stazione è molto vicina, comodissima per chi arriva in treno. Nel complesso, è un posto davvero consigliato: comodo, pulito, con tutto quello che serve e in una posizione perfetta per muoversi a piedi. Ci tornerei volentieri.

L’unica cosa un po’ meno comoda — ma nulla di grave — è dover fare il check-in e check-out all’Hotel America, che si trova a circa 200 metri. Una piccola passeggiata, tutto sommato.

Appartamento distaccato dall’hotel in pieno centro, con ottima vista. Finestre insonorizzate, pulizia impeccabile e splendido design. Pur essendo un appartamento per tre persone l’ho trovato molto spazioso.

الشقه راقيه و نظيفه جداً جداً مثل الصور تماماً انصح بها الاثاث جديد والمطبخ مكتمل الادوات ثلاجه مايكرويف غسالة اطباق ، مكتمله الخدمات ، الموقع ممتاز بوسط السنتر كل شي حولك طبعاً هي تبع فندق امريكا على الطريق العام تستلم منهم المفتاح

ما تدخل السياره للموقع نظامناً نظراً لموقعها بوسط سنتر المدينه لكن الفندق وفر لنا عربه نوصل بها الشنط ايضاً مافيه موقف للسياره مجاني فضع ببالك اجره المواقف

Nos alojamos en uno de los apartamentos de la Residenza Manci 44, gestionados por el Hotel America, y la experiencia fue simplemente maravillosa. El apartamento, recientemente renovado, combina elegancia, comodidad y funcionalidad. Cada detalle está cuidadosamente pensado, desde el mobiliario moderno hasta los acabados de alta calidad. La ubicación es inmejorable: en plena Via Manci, una de las calles más emblemáticas del centro histórico de Trento. Basta con salir del portal para sumergirse en el encanto de la ciudad, con tiendas, restaurantes y monumentos a pocos pasos. Destacamos especialmente la tranquilidad del alojamiento, la limpieza impecable y el acceso a los servicios del Hotel America, situado a solo 100 metros.
