Good but not recommended until they fix these problems

The location and overall place was great. It was mostly clean.

Cleaning supplies weren’t available, for eg no dishwashing pods, they gave me a used sponge in the kitchen (which I didn’t use). There was no handwashing liquid in the bathroom. The shower drain was clogged, I couldn’t take a shower properly the area would completely flood, which was really gross. I complained on my first day as well but nothing happened during my 5 day stay.

That they didn’t have any amenities like dishwasher soup or even normal soup to wash the dishes, the walls were too thin and we could hear the people in the apartment next to ours and no elevator go facilitate to carry up the bags.

Nice place, but can’t recommend very highly at that price.

The apartment itself was pretty clean and nice. There was good shower pressure and sharp knives. Location quick to motorway for travel to other areas and great grocery stores nearby. A beautiful surrounding area. WiFi, free parking and aircon.

We had to waste a bit too much of our short time there trying to figure out codes for gates and doors, 3 needed which was good for safety but frustrating. We ended up with a different apt than we booked with no balcony which is why we upgraded. Just an apology offered, but no refund or the like. We had a lot of ants around the place even in the bed. It was a 30 min walk to the center. Communication was confusing with several people involved. Absolutely nothing extra to use in the apt aside from 1 small bar of hand soap and a spare toilet roll. No oil, salt, pepper, hand or dish soap, dishcloth or dish towel. Just Nothing, very unusual. Guess we’ve always been lucky to have a lot of things provided for use to help and even nice added extras. We could not get the cooker top to work even after watching a video to help, so we couldn’t cook meals. They had stained bedding which was gross and a hole in 1. Was a bit disappointing for these reasons after paying more than we usually do.

Basic but good choice for stay in Trento

Nice balcony, peaceful location not too far away from center. The room was clean, ACs and TVs in both rooms. Self check in worked easily enough.

Laundry and dishwasher detergent were missing. Other tv remote had run out of batteries and there was not enough wc paper. These are minor issues, but it was bit hard to get contact to customer service and we got only some of the missing things the next day.

Superb

Quiet and clean. Everything needed was available. Apartment was big and spacious.

There were some problems in the bathroom, which, although communicated with the staff, didn't get fixed. Cold tap on the sink was not working and we had to wash teeth either with hot water or in the kitchen, shower cabin is too narrow, shower was hard to fix in height (something was warn out there). Location is in some industrial zone, but it is quiet nevertheless. There is no coffee machine, although mentioned in the description. There is only a coffee pot. That is not a problem for me, but should be fixed in the description. The access system is somewhat elaborate, asking you to make at least two phone calls to enter. The power sockets are a bit strange with narrow holes. My laptop could be charged only on one or two sockets in the kitchen part.

Spacious, modern and clean apartment in Trento

The apartment was lovely and spacious. Ideal for a family, close to supermarkets. Very clean and quiet.

We didn't get sent our check-in instructions. It was Sunday and after driving 4 hours, it took us over an hour to get in contact with them and access the apartment. Then they required ID checks etc, which we would have preferred to have provided earlier. We also had to request the wifi password.

Molto centrale e ben arredata, parcheggio privato sia coperto per l’inverno che molti altri scoperti. L’appartamento è spazioso così come il bagno.

Il riscaldamento non poteva essere controllato e la casa era leggermente fredda. I condizionatori non funzionavano.

Check in rapido a distanza, nessuna chiave fisica per entrare, codici e quant'altro trasmessi via mail o whtsapp, impagabile la disponibilità del parcheggio. Appartemento ampio, caldo e confortevole, dotato di lavatrice e lavastoviglie.

Palazzina nuovissima ma senza ascensore, benchè solo di due piani, ma se hai l'appartamento al secondo piano è scomodo dover portare su i bagagli.

La posizione è strategica in quanto vicina al centro ma anche alle strade di comunicazione per spostarsi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono la maggior parte dei servizi necessari. L’appartamento era molto caldo e gli infissi isolanti

La casa era nuova, solo questo.

Entrata nel cortile e palazzo tramite telefonate, mi chiedo se uno non ha il telefono con sé come entra? Pessimo. Bagno piatto doccia sporco, appoggia saponi rotto. Pessimo Letto materasso sottile e non matrimoniale ma sono due attacchati, niente lenzuola, coperte per letti singoli. pessimo In serata si stacca la caldaia in automatico quindi si spengono i termosifoni e esce solo acqua fredda. Pessimo Condizionatori vecchi è molto rumorosi.

Bello l'appartamento,ma con poca privacy, ci vuole una porta,o una tenda che chiude la camera da letto.

In cucina le posate erano per 2 persone,mancava il detersivo x i piatti,e almeno una bottiglia di acqua si lascia sempre nel frigo.....il divano letto va chiuso x avere più spazio

Pulizia da rivedere, non vicino al centro come detto da alcuni ma in periferia perciò il posto auto è quasi d’obbligo visto il prezzo, bagno grande ma box doccia potrebbe essere fatto più ampio, macchina del caffè assente…
