Not worth the money we spent, considering the other appartments we got at a lower price/night

Good location, lift present, parking spot

Hot water didnt work properly for most of the stay, the bathroom also smelled kinda funky. We were supposed to check in at 15h but we were asked to come in later which was kind of annoying as we had travelled for 8+ hours already and we just wanted to sit down for a bit. It happens so it was fine, but we did notice the cleaner was hurried and forgot some stuff. There was no towel to dry our dishes and there was also no cleaning tablets to put in the dishwasher. The dirty towels from the guests before us were still hanging in a closet and the airconditioning really didnt do much. Couldnt really sleep because of the heat and the poor quality of the airconditioning, this was not a problem in any other accommodation we visited.

No shower. Manager only appt and after wrote that he could get the boiler to work with the same instructions he appt to us. When I wrote he could have done that before we arrived, he said that is what he will do in the ‘future’. Only airconditioning in living room. Ventilation in bedroom.

Good for an overnight stay

Location and parking. We were only for 1 night in Trento on our way to Livignio and the location gave us great opportunity for sightseeing . The free parking nearby is also great . However parking is open space and 14 walking minutes so if you want to unload a lot of luggage, you need to request it several days earlier.

Check-in system is via external app, and it asks you to upload photo of your id. Furthermore it charges your card with 51 euro deposit. This is not written anywhere in the booking and we were not comfortable at all. Also it takes time, what is not good if you do it in front of the apartment. Also lack of communication with the host, although the very detailed instructions per email. For the kid was a bit cold inside.

Was a nice one night stay

Good location, apartment in ZTL, parking about 600 meters away outside of ZTL, all in all we stayed just a night and it was good, doesn’t found anything disappointing, good cost / value ratio.

Authentic and comfortable stay!!! Truly recommended

Perfect location in the central part of Trento in the historical building. The apartment is well equipped with all you need. Good internet for those who may need to remotely work, as we did during our stay. The hosting company is super helpful and assisting, and showed great hospitality! They gave us recommendations of amazing restaurants! It’s not our first time in Trento, but the stay is really favorable! Recommend! We’ll definitely be back again.

Tutto bene

Ottima posizione, il parcheggio non è molto vicino ma comodissimo vista la difficoltà a trovare posti auto. Se avete una macchina e dovete scaricare le valigie parcheggiate a piazza Venezia, poi capirete perchè. Disponibilità dei proprietari (da remoto) ottima. Appartamento pulito.

Il parcheggio si trova fianco camera mortuaria dell'ospedale, c'è uno spazio con due barre, verificate quella interna e non quella sulla strada :-)

terrible experiencia con DENNIS, soy una persona que he alquilado mas de 200 diferentes lugares en esta aplicacion, y jamas me habian topado con un tramador como el tal DENNIS que se atravio a decirme que le habia dejado el apartamento extremadamente sucio y quiere cobrarme un monto adicional por limpieza profunda, SEGUN DENNIS LAS FOTOS QUE ME ENVIO dice que requiere limpieza profunda y por eso tiene que cobrar mas, el muy sinverguenza quiere cobrarte mas para pagarle a la que limpia que barra y pase un trapo al piso, jamas hemos dejando una casa sucia al extremo solo necesitan limpiar lo basico es un verdadero tramador que se quiere aprovechar y envia mensajes haciendose pasar por que la casa esta sucia cuando en realidad solo requiere limpieza basica para recibir a tu proximo inquilido o que PENSASTE DENNIS QUE ibamos a trento a hacerte el oficio de la casa y no ibas a necesitar hacer lo minimo que es barrer y volver a acomodar para tu proxima renta o quieres que la que limpia solo vaya a hablar por telefono y no haga nada

DENNIS en su necesidad de quitarle dinero a sus inquilinos me envia un video donde segun el necesita hacer limpieza profunda y se ve que solo tienen que barrer y pasar trapo al piso para dejar limpio pero segun el esta extremademente sucedio y la vaganbunda de su empleada de limpieza pretende que le dejemos ese apartamento viejo completamente limpio como si no hubieramos estado 4 dias hospedados en su casa, hermano nosotros andamos de viaje no fuimos a limpiar tu casa y me envias unos videos con unas boronas de pan en la cocina y el cuarto donde dormimos solo ocupa barrerse... el agua caliente de la ducha no sirve se desconecta al graduarla y solo sale fria, la llave del fregadero esta vieja y se le sale el agua por la llave y es demasiado dificil cerrarla para que no quede botando agua

Sehr komplizierter Check-in mit 4 Codes (für Haustür, Aufzug, Wohnungstür, Parkplatz). 3. Etage = Dachgeschoss = im Sommer sehr heiß, laute Klimaanlage, bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen war aufgrund des Lärms einer nahe gelegenen Kneipe bis in die frühen Morgenstunden nicht möglich. Um die Wohnung erreichen zu können, benötigt man sowohl für die An- als auch für die Abfahrt eine separat zu beantragende Genehmigung der Stadt Trient. Parkt man vor dem Haus, ist man unmittelbar mit sehr unfreundlichen Wohnungsbesitzern konfrontiert, die einen mit der Polizei bedrohen - trotz gültiger Genehmigung zum Ein- und Ausladen. Ansonsten kernsanierter Altbau, von "historical palace" kann (im Vergleich zu sonstigen Bauten in der Altstadt von Trient) keineswegs die Rede sein. Sehr kleiner, 600m entfernter Parkplatz, allenfalls für einen Golf zu benutzen, Fahrrandanhänger muss abmontiert werden. Fahrräder dürfen nicht im Hausflur geparkt werden.

Trient ist eine sehr schöne Stadt

Top Lage mitten in der Altstadt, geräumige gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Fahrstuhl, privater Parkplatz entfernt 3 min zu laufen . Beim checkin bekommt man alles schriftlich detailliert erklärt und bei Fragen schnell eine schriftliche Rückmeldung. Alles ohne Personal

Dusche war nicht durchgängig warm, vielleicht muss der Vermieter eine Gebrauchsanleitung für die etwas antiquierte Gastherme ins Bad hängen!! Den check in muss man vor Anreise komplett selbst durchführen inklusive Fotos vom Ausweis und Selfie mit Ausweis in der Hand!! Sonst bekommt man den Code für den Schlüssel nicht!! Diese Prozedur war ziemlich nervig weil die Fotos immer wieder angeblich nicht ok waren (trotz iPhone!!) und wir das erst beim dritten Versuch endlich geschafft haben. Wer nicht Computeraffin ist oder gar kein Smartphone besitzt kann diese Wohnung nicht mieten. Sowas sollte in der Werbung für die Wohnung fairerweise angegeben werden.
