About this apartment rental

The quiet apartment is located in the popular Kiel district of Wik in the immediate vicinity of the Kiel Fjord and the Kiel Canal (Maritime Quarter). Thanks to its good transport connections, both the Olympiahafen in Schilksee and Kiel city center can be reached in a short time by car or public transport (direct bus connection). The bus stop is approx. 200 m away and buses to Kiel city center leave every 10 minutes.

The property is a beautiful, bright attic apartment on the 2nd Upper floor, located in a quiet residential street. The apartment is characterized by a modern floor plan with a large kitchen (dining area) and a large bathroom. The apartment has dormers and headroom in every room.

Within walking distance there are very good shopping facilities and beautiful local recreation areas (game reserve, Kiel Canal and Kiel Fjord). If you like, you can also reach them with our new 1-speed bicycles, which you can use free of charge!

Absolute Empfehlung

Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub in einer wirklich tollen Ferienwohnung. Schön hell, sehr sauber, ruhig und mit maximalem wohlfühlpotential. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und man hat sich auch hier direkt wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super, ruhige Wohngegend, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt ums Eck und man kann dennoch schnell nach Kiel rein oder zur Kiellinie. Rundum ein perfekter Urlaub, gerne wieder. :-)

Die Dachgeschoss-Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend , ist neu renoviert und sehr schön. Sie hat eine komplette Küche und die Räume waren mit allen erdenklichen Zubehör ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein Plus sind auch die beiden Fahrräder die wir die ganze Zeit kostenlos nutzen konnten , da es zum Zentrum doch ca. 2-3 Km sind. Was aber kein Problem darstellt , weil ein großer Supermarkt, Bäcker , Restaurants und kleinere Läden in 2-3 min zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Wir werden auf jeden Fall hier noch einmal einen Urlaub verbringen.

Sehr empfehlenswert: Eine tolle Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage mit viel Ruhe

Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und vor allem sehr gepflegt. Sie liegt optimal in einem sehr ruhigen Wohnviertel zwischen Nord-Ostsee-Kanal und Kieler Innenstadt, alle Ziele sind somit sehr gut erreichbar. Wir fühlten uns sofort wie in den eigenen vier Wänden, was nicht zu letzt an den sehr sympathischen Vermietern lag. Abgerundet wurde dieser sehr positive Urlaub durch zwei gestellte Fahrräder, mit welchen wir viele Touren sehr genießen konnten. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und immer wieder gern!

Eine schöne und geräumige Wohnung mit einem zweiten Schlafplatz im Wohnzimmer. Funktional eingerichtet und gemütlich. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Großes Tageslichtbad. Wir haben immer einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus oder in der Nähe gefunden. Freundliche Vermieter, Kontakt per E-Mail und SMS war schnell und vorbildlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in Kiel Urlaub machen wollen.

Wir haben fünf Nächte in der Fewo übernachtet und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, da die Wohnung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und richtig schön sauber war. Das einzige was man eventuell anmerken kann, ist, dass im Bad noch ein kleiner Schrank zur Unterbringung von Kosmetika und im Schlafzimmer eine kleine Kommode mit Schubfächern (für Unterwäsche) sehr schön wären. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. Die Vermieterfamilie war unglaublich freundlich und unkompliziert.

Die Wohnung ist gut zu erreichen (Stadtbus oder Auto), ist dennoch ruhig gelegen. In der Nähe befindet sich alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt (Supermarkt, Drogerie, Bäcker, Tankstelle). Die Wohnung selbst bietet alles was man in einer Ferienwohnung erwarten kann und entspricht der Beschreibung auf fewo-direkt. Wir durften den Garten mitbentutzen und sind von der freundlichen und unkomplizierten Art der Vermieter hellauf begeistert gewesen. Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft waren top! Urlaub mit Kindern in dieser Ferienwohnung und mit diesen Vermietern kein Problem! Sollten wir erneut in Kiel Urlaub machen, wären wir gerne wieder Gäste dieser Ferienwohnung! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!
