In unserer eigentlich gebuchten Unterkunft gab es kein Warmwasser, wir wurden rechtzeitig vor Ankunft darüber informiert. Es wurde uns angeboten kostenlos zu stornieren oder in eine andere Ferienwohnung zu wechseln. Wir haben das Angebot zu Wechseln angenommen und waren mit der zweiten Wohnung ebenso top zufrieden.

Die Lage in Holtenau leicht außerhalb von Kiel war sehr gut. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche stand für Selbstversorger zur Verfügung. Zimmer und Badezimmer waren hell und geräumig.
