Very well priced but one has to accept the level of accomodation.

Small but very reasonable accommodation for 1 or a couple in a nice area of Kiel.

The bathroom needs upgrading, no shower holder and the doors very old and stiff so not comfortable. Cooking facilities limited. Only ventilation via opening the window and quite a bit of traffic noise below.

Apartment clean and comfortable

No wifi code to use. Unfortunately on the afternoon of my arrival at the apartment block, waiting for the key, they carried out a dead body in a body bag, followed by policemen and the smell was horrendous. I must admit, I was very weary to stay in the apartment block as there were no one to explained what happened.

Vollkommenes Wohlfühlerlebnis

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Gastgeber. Die Wohnung hatte alles an Ausstattung, was man unbedingt für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster war schön, insbesondere bei der zum Zeitpunkt meiner Reise stattfindenden Opernaufführung, bei der ich aus dem Küchenfenster direkten Blick auf die Leinwand hatte. Das Zimmer ließ sich gut verdunkeln. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Bushaltestellen und ein Badesteg in der Förde waren in fußläufiger Entfernung. Das Bett war äußerst bequem. Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, sodass man sich richtig wohlfühlen konnte.

Jammern auf hohem Niveau: Zu meinem Reisezeitpunkt herrschte relativ heißes Wetter. Die Wohnung nahm einiges dieser Hitze auf, wenn man tagsüber nicht die Rollos runterließ (dann war es aber durchaus gut erträglich, und nach Weiterziehen der Sonne ließ sich die Wohnung auch schnell wieder runterkühlen). An nicht so heißen Tagen wird man es jedoch genießen, dass die Wohnung so viel Sonne abbekommt.

Praktisch und für uns sehr gut.

Der Schlüssel wurde von unserer Freundin, wohnhaft in Kiel an der Gerhardstrasse, direkt abgeholt und die Wohnung wurde an Sie übergeben. Alles reibungslos abgelaufen.

Passable Ferienwohnung mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für einen Städtetrip nach Kiel

- Aufzug - gute ÖPNV Anbindung - sehr guter, kommunikativer Vermieter - der beste Wasserdruck meines Lebens für immer und ewig!! - Wohnung im Gegensatz zum Wohnblock im akzeptablen Zustand - trotz der kleinen Küche generell gute Ausstattung - gute Badausstattung - Wohnung entsprach den Bildern und war sauber

- Lage in einem sehr großen ehr heruntergekommenen Wohnblock, mit Nachbarn (augenscheinlich hauptsächlich Studenten), die auch 00:00 Uhr Möbel verräumen und Staubsaugen oder 01:30 Uhr eine Karaoke Party starten, wer also so etwas nicht gewohnt ist und in einer derartigen Behausung lebt, sollte sich darauf einstellen. - innenliegendes Bad ohne Abzug - kein Insektenschutz obwohl Lüften aufgrund des Badezimmers oft notwendig - Möbel teilweise schon ordentlich abgewohnt, Bett nicht gut und äußerst hart - WLAN ehr schlecht

Ein kleine aber feine Wohnung in der man auch 2-3 Wochen locker leben könnte und sich sehr wohlfühlen kann. Die Menschen

Sehr Zentral und nur 10-15 Minuten Busfahrt bis zum HBF (auch viele Verbindungen vor Ort), mega Wasserdruck auf der Dusche, ei! sehr bequemes Bett, gegenüber ein kostenloserer Parkplatz den man bis auf die Markttage (Mo + Do) nutzen darf. Diese Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Sie wird definitiv wieder von mir in Zukunft gemietet. (:

Die Wohnungstür geht mit dem Schlüssel etwas schwer auf und die Dusche ist für ältere Menschen, oder mit körperlichen Beeinträchtigungen etwas schwer zu nutzen. Wobei der zweite Faktor mich persönlich nicht betroffen hat.
