Superb

I've had a great time staying here, the owners are amazing, they helped me with everything I needed, sometimes to an extent I didn't even expect. The room was cozy, warm and had everything I needed. It is well suited for a skiing trip, you can dry off everything you need easily.

The house is a bit far from a ski bus stop, it takes around 20 minutes to walk there but it was alright for me

A very cosy place to ski and relax

It is surely a value for money place. It was a very cosy, welcoming and "home-like" experience. At the place you get exactly what is described and you can see in the pictures. And the real value of it are the hosts. They have ensured every small thing you might need - a parking space for each apartment, detailed information how to reach the place before you arrive, options to go to the ski center with/ without a car and shortcuts there ;-), restaurant for breakfast/dinner two houses away, put the fire for you before you arrive (if you want) so you can enjoy after the skiing, and others. They even follow the weather conditions for skiing and share them in a very subtle way, they can recommend tips and tricks for Kopaonik slopes, as they know them well. The hosts are very wonderful with their attitude - very kind, polite, sensitive towards your well-being and at the same time non-intrusive at all.

The cottage is situated at 1520 m altitude ASL at the crossroad situated at 1200m from the main road toward the Treska peak. The view from the house is very nice , you have a broad perspective of the village. At the arrival the owners , Mrs. Zorka am Mr. Dragan, invites us to a small chat and a cup of hot wine, it was very pleasant to change impressions and talk about ski and mountains, environment and local tradition. Thank you dear hosts! This family really want the best for their guests, this was our impression. Mrs. Zorka request me to make an objective review of our stay in the house! We discuss a lot about the improvements they can add to the amenities of the apartment. They really enjoy to have guests! 1. The owners have they own parking place so this is very good if you go by car. 2. We appreciate the late check-out, after we come back from ski slopes in the last day [Tuesday]. 3. The apartment is situated in a 4 apartment cottage , at the ground floor. It was silent when we where there, you don't have noise sources close to the room, just the sewage in the bathroom is a little noisy :) 4. the WI-fi was medium-good , above the medium compared with other accommodation in Kopaonik , 2,4Ghz band. 5. the small kitchen is well equipped , I think one of the best equipped in Kopaonik area. Important to highlight : the water is drinkable coming from a natural mountain source, ice cold. 6. This was one of the few apartments where we have rack/hanger for drying ski clothes! Very good idea. Also in the small entrance lobby you have a ski hanger and drier for the ski boots. 7. The heating is dual to say so, electrical and traditional with wood in the stove, we had no pb on the stay, but if the power supply is cut, you will have no problems like in other accommodations due to the fact that the stove can work without electrical power. I consider this a great advantage of accommodation. At the arrival Mr.

! I liked: The owners are ready to help when you need. If you need some things just ask and they will try to help you. regarding hospitality : super ! I suggest some things where is place for better: 1-protection fence for the kids on the parking place, 2- shelves and cabinets for clothes , 3-MISSING FIRE EXTINGUISHER, 4-need to display : smoking should be prohibited due to the risk of fire because a lot of wood in the superstructure, 5-put anti-slip protection on access stairs due to ice formation, 6-Put more hangers inside, 7- the furniture needs to be slightly glued and restored, beds and chairs creaked a little :) 8-maybe they can change the heating type in the bathroom don' belong to the host: The main problem is the access to the house due to the fact that a lot of the buildings who are hosting guest don't have a parking place, cars are occupying the road, so on the road you have just one lane for the traffic. Furthermore the snow is not taken from the verge and due to the day/night temperature differences you will find a lot of ice , especially on the crossroads and curves... so when we wanted to go in the 1st evening we lost 40 min [1km] due to a big traffic jam, cars where blocked both directions and finally we succeed to get there...
