About this house rental
'Dune forest 281'. The sound of the sea and the scent of the pine forest are right on your doorstep! In our cozy and luxurious holiday home you can forget the stress of everyday life in every season.
Notes on additional costs and fees:
Costs for electricity (0.35 EUR per kWh) and water (6.50 EUR per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
150,00 EUR Rental deposit is to be paid in advance and will be charged with the additional costs.
On New Year's Eve a security deposit of 200, - € is due.
Bed and bath linen can be ordered upon request.
In winter, enjoy the view from our bright gallery in the snowy dunes and the sea, take long walks on the beach and spend the evenings with a good glass of red wine in front of the fireplace. In our large wellness bathroom you can relax in the whirlpool or the sauna. The Baltic Sea, just outside the door, invites you to sunbathe and do all sorts of activities in summer and autumn. The beach is miles long. The shallow, clean water, which only gradually gets deeper, gives pleasure to the whole family. Did you know? Rügen is one of the areas with the highest number of sunshine hours per year in Germany. Added to this is a very healthy maritime climate. Some have become addicted to fresh sea air!
Please note: The houses in the Strandpark are in a biosphere reserve, so barbecuing with an open fire is not allowed.

Unser 4. Urlaub in diesem schönen Ferienpark. In diesem Objekt war alles vorhanden um den Urlaub genießen zu können. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wirklich ein sehr schönes Haus! Es hat nichts gefehlt.
Der einzige Makel: die Dunstabzugs-Haube hat nicht funktioniert. (Oder wie waren zu doof).

Das Haus liegt am Ende des Siedlung. Daher ist es sehr ruhig und hat wenig Verkehr.
Der Strand ist in der Nähe und kann vom Balkon aus gesehen werden. Parkplatz liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Die Küche ist modern und mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. Leider hatte es Ameisen in der Küche, liegt wahrscheinlich an der Lage im Wald. Wer in der Heizperiode anreist, muss einplanen, dass der Stromverbrauch höher ist als im Sommer, da die Heizung über Strom betrieben wird.
Alles war sehr sauber und hygienisch. Die Sauna hat uns im kalten April schön gewärmt.
Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gefallen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr zu empfehlen.
