"Haus am Meer 232".
Spend unforgettable days in a romantic setting. This Scandinavian-style house is located in the idyllic pine forest of Strandpark Baabe, overlooking the sea.
Good to know:
A security deposit of 150 euros is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rent. (200 euros for New Year’s Eve).
Costs for electricity (€0.40/kWh), gas (€1.40/m³), and water (€6.50/m³) are billed based on consumption (prices subject to change) and deducted from the security deposit.
Bed linens, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
The visitor’s tax is due prior to arrival.
One pet may be booked for an additional fee; additional pets are available upon request through your agency (max. 2 small pets).
A parking space is available to you free of charge.
An additional parking space can be rented for a fee.
Spanning two floors, the tasteful and high-quality furnishings leave nothing to be desired. Many interior details create a cozy and very personal living atmosphere.
A large living/dining area, the open, modern kitchen, three bedrooms, a loft, and two bathrooms offer plenty of space for the whole family and your four-legged friend.
Unwind in front of the fireplace in the living area, enjoy a glass of wine on the large wooden terrace, or relax in the spa bathroom with a whirlpool and private sauna—this is where vacation dreams come true. Let your thoughts wander as you enjoy the wonderful view of the Baltic Sea from the cozy sofa on the loft.
For our youngest guests, we have a travel crib and a high chair on-site. We’ve taken special care to provide insect screens on the windows, outlet covers, and a stair gate. The paths in the beach park are traffic-calmed, so you can let your children play here undisturbed.
To reach the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, all you have to do is cross the dune, and you’re ready to start your day at the beach.
After a long walk on the beach, an extraordinary bike ride, or an eventful day exploring Rügen’s stunning natural landscape, you’ll be happy to return to this wonderful home.
During the cooler months, our underfloor heating—powered by a modern and efficient gas heating system—ensures cozy warmth throughout the house.

Alles in allem ein schönes und super gelegenes Ferienhaus. Lediglich die Matratzen im unteren Schlafzimmer sind schon etwas durchgelegen.

Das Haus ist super für Familien. Brettspiele und Bücher zum Vorlesen waren für alle Altersgruppen vorhanden.

Wir hatten ein paar entspannte Tage im Haus am Meer. Man kann es sich gemütlich machen und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt.
Leider ist die Sauberkeit und der Höhe Standard welcher versprochen wurde nicht der Wahrheit entsprechend. Für so viel Geld waren es zu viele Mängel. Auch die Parksituation ist nur für ein Auto ausgelegt , alles weitere kostet extra. Der Whirlpool mangelhaft.
Generell ist das Haus am Meer nicht für Gruppen zu empfehlen die lange für diesen Urlaub sparen. Dann wird nur Enttäuschung herrschen .

Ganz tolles Ferienhaus, super ausgestattet, alles in Schuß, dahingehend wirklich alles optimal, Lob an die Besitzer.
Wir reisten schon 13 Uhr an, in der Hoffnung, unsere Sachen vielleicht schon ablegen zu können. Leider war der Safe noch leer, aber damit mussten wir ja rechnen. Im Nebenhaus putzte gerade eine Truppe und ich fragte wirklich freundlich, wann denn unser Objekt dran wäre. Die jungen Leute wollten gerade ebenfalls freundlich lächelnd antworten, da kam eine sehr genervte und aggressive Stimme aus dem Hintergrund. "Anreise 16 Uhr, das müssen sie doch wissen." Die jungen Leute verschwanden sofort. Freundliche Antwort von uns in Richtung dieses Mannes, "ja das wissen wir, aber es hätte ja sein können, dass wir Glück haben und das Haus vielleicht schon fertig ist." Antwort wieder patzig von dem vermeintlichen Vorarbeiter, "auch wenn das Haus schon fertig ist, können sie erst 16 Uhr rein." Verdutzt über den unfreundlichen Empfang drehten wir ab. 16 Uhr standen wir brav wieder vor dem Haus. wieder kein Schlüssel im Safe. Ein vorbeihuschender junger Mitarbeiter der Reinigungsfirma deutet an, dass da noch jemand kommt. Die Reinigung kam dann 16.20 Uhr und war mit dem Objekt 16.40 fertig, dementsprechend sah das Haus dann auch aus. Einmal oberflächlich durchgesaugt, das Haus sozusagen mal kurz in Wasser getunkt und fertig, denn die drei Damen hatten eigentlich schon lange Feierabend. Also wie geschrieben: Haus Top, Reinigungsservice Flop. Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub, denn danach wurde alles besser!
