The beauty of the nature reserve, which extends over 600 hectares, with its hills, woods and fields, is impressive. The tranquility and seclusion of Ghirardi are inviting for hikes. In addition, day trips to the surrounding mountains, to the coast of Liguria and to numerous cities full of sights are possible. The nature reserve can be reached by car along a 3-5 km dirt road - reserved for guests and closed to the public.
