Very modern 3-room-apartment with its special alp chic-style furnishing and a large terrace.
The particular fir-wood furnishing and the fancy elm-wood-floor is giving the apartment its individual flair.
The living room has got a big dining table and a comfortable sofa seating area with an inglenook and full Dolby surround TV system
(with the possibility to receive Apple-TV with your own Log-in), as well as an open, modern kitchenette and also the door to the terrace with a nice view over the Champfér lake.
The children's bedroom is equipped with 2 bunk beds. On the opposite side you will find one of the bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink.
Next to the children's bedroom you will find the main bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a flat-TV.
The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.
From the main bed- and bathroom, there are also exit doors to the other side of the house. WIFI is available.

The 2014 newly constructed house is located at the end of the Silvaplana village in direction to the Julierpass.
In front of the building you will find a nice children's playground.
To the apartment belongs a garage parking place and also a bike- and ski-room with own ski-locker (central heated) and a laundry room with free use of the washing machine.
Shopping facilities and public transport are close-by. The cross-country trails and hiking trails are also in the immediate vicinity.
