APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

3 ½-room apartment on two floors, 107m2. Living/dining room with sofa bed and a fire place. Coffee maker CHICCO D'ORO. Microwave. Terrace facing south with view of the lake and the mountains. Radio, TV and phone. Double room (double bed 160x200) with bath/toilet/double sink. Bedroom with bunk beds and one single bed (mattresses 80x190). Shower/toilet/double sink. New and comfortable furnishing. Garage. Shareable laundry room and ski room. Animals are not allowed.


HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Romana 1 is a typical Engadine house built in 1993, located on the edge of the village centre. Cross-country ski runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The sports centre Mulets is reachable within 5 minutes by foot. The cableway Corvatsch is in the neighbouring village Surlej. Busses run in the winter season every half hour in any direction. A huge variety of sports can be practised in St. Moritz, 5km away.
