About this apartment rental

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Spacious 3½-room apartment on the second floor, ca. 113m2, south facing with view of the mountains and the lake. Fireplace, balcony, radio, TV and phone. Open modern and bright kitchen with dishwasher and oven. CHICCO D'ORO coffee machine. One bedroom room with a double and a single bed. Bath/toilet/sink. One bedroom with bunk beds, a single bed and a balcony. Shower/toilet/sink. New, comfortable furnishing. Garage. Shared washroom and ski room. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Corvatsch 2, built in 1990, is a typical Engadine house at the centre of Silvaplana. Grocery, post office, bank, tourist office and restaurants are reachable within 5-10 minutes by foot. Cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. During the season busses run every half hour in any direction.
