4-roomed apartment on the first floor, ca. 110m2. Living/dining room, TV, radio, WLAN and phone. Kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Coffee maker CHICCO D'ORO. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bath/sink and washing machine. Shower/toilet/sink. Double room. Sleeping room with a king-size bed and a single bed. Balcony with view of the mountains. Garage. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Mutaun is in the upper part of Silvaplana. Cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. Grocery, post office, bank, tourist office and restaurants are reachable within 5-10 minutes by foot. During the winter season busses run every half hour in any direction.

Very friendly and helpful staff As planned, no problems whatsoever. The apartment is very well located, perfect for walking and biking into town and on the trails. There was no hair dryer although it was listed on the ad (at least we couldn't find it). Better instructions for finding the garbage collection station would be useful. But overall, an excellent stay! Would come back any time.
